$10 parking fee is mentioned no where, until you arrive. Room is decent but was not the most up kept. Looks way nicer in photographs than it actually is. It works for a night or two, but I would not stay here for a week. Staff is nice, just wish he had communicated more with me during the process instead of staring at the computer screen then saying here ya go... Area is a bit sketchy, but not the worst either.

Very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, and we had more than enough linen for our stay. Front desk staff are very friendly and the continental breakfast was great!

Close to Nissan Stadium
Visited Nashville for a concert at Nissan stadium. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minute walk away from the stadium. It was nice to not worry with getting an Uber or Lyft. Room was clean, bedding could be updated, there were some stains on the comforter, no fitted sheet in the bed. Overall not a bad place to stay, it served its purpose.

This hotel needs to fix room 250. I believe it might even have structural issues. When you step in room 250, you notice a slope from the door frame and the farther you go towards the AC unit by the window. Around the AC unit the floor seems shaky..ah please fix before someone gets hurt. Other issues: the shower head needs to be replaced but the shower itself works perfectly, good flow and pressure of water. To go to your breakfast, it's a walk around the building

Staff was super friendly and helpful here, seems like they are trying to rebuild this place in the right way. Rooms were clean but definitely not a super modern stay. Other than that, taking a quick scooter or bus ride to downtown was super convient. Would come back to this spot again for the price we got.

The property and the room were better then expected, however there was tar being poured on the parking lot. When I woke up in the morning my motorcycle had been moved without my consent. I would have been happy to move it if I had been notified by management. However I am very disappointed that staff allowed workers to touch other peoples property.

The bathroom was definitely not worth the $80 we paid. Looks like there was cracks and maybe mold. The door itself was dirty. Sheets seemed cleaned but mattress and sheets had stains on them. Didn’t seem like the window seal was working properly as the outside noise was very loud and seemed open. I would like a refund.

The walls are very very thin I could hear everything outside of the room. At 4am there were people next to our room screaming and nothing was done about it. Have to also pay for parking, not included in stay.

The beds had hair in the bed dirty looking sheets and felt gross slept on top of the covers didnt sleep well wouldnt be bad if they just fixed the sheet problem and cared a little more that was hair all in the the beds like in the made bed long black hairs and for some reason they charge a 10 parking fee when most places u stay at doesnt charge u

The property location did not feel safe. I also was not expecting to pay an additional $10 just to park there, in an unsecured lot. Shower had mold or mildew stains. Headlights from cars in parking lot shined in under gap under room door. Was there for one night and was asked to leave the phone receiver off phone, and on table all night. That felt weird. Parking lot smelled like a dumpster.
