The room was not clean properly. Smell like someone may had a dog in the room with them the odor was very strong. The bed covering was not complete. The best thing about the Hotel was the lady who worked the breakfast area she was helpful/friendly. I checked out the Hotel to go check in at the Courtyard which was not part of my plans.

It was little scary around and clients were smoking and doing drugs in parking area . Hotel was older but not bad just wasn’t cleanest but room was ok. Clients were rough . Staff was great !

Not sure why so many great reviews.

I would like to lead with the fact that customer service is excellent, everything else not so much… upon entering my room I was confused as to why there were so many great reviews for this establishment. I opted for La Quinta over sleep inn because I felt like if it’s a priced little bit more expensive, it’s probably going to be higher standard but I was wrong. All I can say is it’s very old and in need of renovations, the beds are not the most comfortable, I spotted a pest. Since I only saw one it very well could’ve just wandered in from outside, but it’s just the fact that of all places I find it in the bed. I won’t even bother, mentioning the amenities because what amenities? I recommend Tru by Hilton in Smyrna and even the avid also located in Smyrna. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean but freeway noisy.

The TV cable wasn't working so we couldn't get any local stations, the bed creaked every time you moved and you could hear every truck that drove by. Not a restful sleep. However, it was very clean and the staff was nice.
