A unique place. Spread out in a literal 1 BR for a couple of days, and pay less than a conventional hotel. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing kitchen, comfy bed, big bathtub, beautiful mirror in bathroom. Easy to walk to Broadway. I have absolutely zero complaints. Would stay again! :-)

Found a pair of someone else’s socks on the window ledge… pretty easy to spot so makes me wonder how clean the space is. Also there was many holes and weird coloration on bathroom towel.

I was really impressed by our stay at the Mint House. It was clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to many of the must-see areas in Nashville. Will definitely be returning in the future!

$40 one day parking
It was amazing (the room), however we weren’t pleased with a $40 overnight parking fee. That is an outrageous amount for just a third of the day. It wasn’t communicated to us that a fee was even needed in which we assumed the hotel cost included their guest parking.

Quiet 6-Star accommodation in heart of Nashville
Incredible accommodation in the heart of Nashville with all the main sights and venues easily accessible, yet quiet and peaceful at all hours of the day…no mean feat in such a noisy city. The apartment we stayed in was faultless, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything anyone could want for either a short or longer stay in town. Large fridge and cooker meant that it was easy to prepare breakfast without going out. If we hadn’t eaten out each night, it would have been perfect for preparing dinner too. There’s a small gym, and as an early riser, it was never crowded…as the all night party people were still asleep. The former federal reserve building is a very cool space and the staff were friendly, helpful and always accommodating. Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Six Stars!!

Rooms were large and very spacious but lacked in coziness. No TV in bedroom. The concrete floors were unpleasant to walk on. Disposable slippers should have been provided. No parking in the area except for paid hotel self park $40 per day. Staff were very friendly.

Great week end in Nashville
It was a nice enough hotel apt type clean good location close to Broadway the hotel site should mention the fact that the 2 bedroom apt only had one bathroom that was located in the master bedroom. Not very convenient at all also that the second bedroom was an area without a window otherwise The accommodation was fine I think if only one couple was staying the one bedroom would be a better choice

Quietness, good location , concrete floors are cold, wear slippers , good air conditioner, nice size fully stocked kitchen, the bed sits very low which is not good for older persons, bed is comfortable though. Gated Parking lot is close to bldg entrance which is a plus

Great apartment in Nashville!
Very clean comfortable apartment with extremely easy self check in and self parking. Family of 5 fit very easily in the space and there were enough towels, linens, kitchenware for all of us. Keurig and washing machine/Dryer made our stay enjoyable as well. Definitely would stay again!
