Just beware. I had a terrible experience.
Over priced even for music row. We paid extra for early check-in because my wife was sick and needed to rest. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off for an extended period of time. We had evacuate and even after we were told it was safe to re-enter, the alarm continued. I requested a refund for the early check-in fee, but was told a small percent was all Motif would provide. I never got that either. There was definitely a “Not my problem vibe” from the manager on duty.

The place was clean. Had a terrible view with a see through blind and 2 bright lights shining in from the building across from it. Opened the blind and it was a view of a dog pee and poop place. There were many guest taking their dogs to handle their business. They could easily look right into the room. No privacy!!! One of the things we really didn't like is that the tv in the living room and bedroom we're both on side walls instead of straight across from the couch or bed. It made it very awkward having to turn your head to see. The couch wasn't very comfortable. Kind of hard. Parking was a mess. They require valet parking at $39 a night, but nobody came to get our car so we parked ourselves. Hoping they don't charge us for valet. The parking deck is very tight and a very low ceiling. Also, the hotel is 2 mikes from Broadway, which is where we went each day. Prior to booking, it said .6 of a mile from Broadway, very misleading! It wouldn't be bad if you Uber, but walking took a while, as fees to Uber were about $30 during the New Year time.
