Cons: No maid service and the pool was freezing cold as it wasn’t heated Pros: gym was great, amenities around the pool were awesome, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms had all you needed, unfortunately we didn’t have a balcony in our room but there were rooms with one, if we were to go back again I would request one.

We chose this property because it was a short walk to downtown Nashville. We were extremely disappointed to find out that there was no TV in the bedroom. We enjoy watching Tv in bed. We were even more disappointed that the big TV in the living room did not have live TV. We were expecting to check in and later watch the World Series and found out we could not do so. Luckily, we are subscribers to YouTube TV and were able to login. I suggest you bring a Roku or fire stick with you to watch any live TV if you choose to stay there. The TV situation is a deal breaker for us and therefore will not stay there again.

Doors don’t automatically lock
There is no front desk check-in so getting the room key was a pain. The biggest problem is that the room door does not automatically lock when closed so you have to lock it when coming and going.

Neat concept, but confusing.
Very odd layout. You really need to read emails and pay attention prior to arrival. Parking and getting in and out of area is tricky. Room is apartment style, but to get to it you have to walk through parking garage for my particular floor. Bedroom did not have blackout shades, just semi clear pull down so room was hard to sleep in.

Loved how clean our room was! We saw a review about bed bugs, so we checked the bed and luckily saw NONE! Made us very happy with our lovely view of the city and gorgeous view of the poool and fireside! It was so enjoyable, clean and lovely!
