Pass on this place, for your own sanity!
The check-in process was ridiculous!! Directions were unclear, complicated and didn’t arrive until AFTER the check-in time. Communication was terrible as well. The room was nice but definitely not worth the hassle or cost. Don’t stay here unless you have multiple hours to waste being frustrated and angry.

The property is in a great location. Five to ten min the walk to Broadway. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The unit was very basic and the unit definitely could have used a good deep clean. My only complaint would be that there are no blackout blinds/curtains in the bedroom. We were with a group and had a total of three rooms not one had blackout blinds. So it was bright as day in the bedroom by 6:00 am. Not ideal when you’re hoping to get some sleep after a late night. On the weekday mornings the construction noises also wake you up. Not the hotels fault but it was very loud.

Overall clean and comfortable
Was clean, comfortable and very spacious. 2 blocks from the Music Center so it was convenient. Only things I would say could be improved are the shower pressure in my room 903 and there was a slight odor when first entering the room but I guess it just needed to be aired out.

We had a great stay. Close enough to walk to Broadway, apartment was clean and spacious and had many amenities. Felt safe walking around the area. Instructions were clear for building entry and key pick up. There was always staff at the front desk but we never had any issues.

My husband fell when getting out of the shower .. NO bath mat on tile floor cracking his head open… NO first aid supplies of any kind and the front desk was very rude about it. Stayed last year and it was awesome this year awful.

The unit was clean but lacking at the same time. Maybe the owner is a minimalist. Two bath towels, one hand towel. The smallest mini bottle of dishwashing soap I have ever seen. There was no bath mat, no hooks to hang your bath towel, obviously whomever installed the shower doors should have reversed them. You get wet turning on the shower. No toaster. Nothing in the cabinets. Only 4 pots. Three knives, service for four unless you were using a spoon, then it was service for three. You can only make 1 pot of coffee, then you're on your own. Two lightbulbs out of three were missing on the light above the bathroom mirror. The fan made a clicking sound the whole time it was on. A stand up light by the TV was flickering at a high rate of speed. The end table had a gouge out of it and may have survived a flood at some point. Pro is that it didn't cost much to uber downtown. Pool area was nice.

The property was nice. Liked that the building had front security. The apartment itself was decent size with good closet space so you didn’t have to have your suitcases sitting out. The kitchen didn’t have much in it. 3-4 plates, 3 coffee mugs, some silverware. It was sufficient for two people but we had to request things like towels and paper towels and toilet paper and coffee for the coffee maker (which we had to look up directions on internet how to use). The bed was small… I believe it was a full so tough for two people who are used to sleeping a little further apart. The worst thing about the bedroom is that there are no blackout curtains so it was like sleeping with the lights on. Bring an eye mask for sleeping. Also noticed the vents looked like they hadn’t been dusted in years (one in the bathroom especially). I would stay there again because of the location however I do think it’s a bit pricey for what the actual apartment looks like.

It is very difficult to get into the apartment. It is hard to find it. You go through the lobby up the elevator across the parking garage and finding the right hallway is difficult. There are 2 apartments with the same number!

Only one physical key is given at check in. Need to have more than one key or update system so a digital key can be placed on one’s phone. There is a lot of city light that comes through the windows even when shades are drawn. Would be nice to have black out curtains added.

Unwanted Wake Up Call
The unit we stayed in was cute and quaint. They offered an oven which we utilized, a microwave and refrigerator. Air control was comforting and there was always hot water. However, the shower handle was broken. Everything else worked fine. Unfortunately, this is something out of their control but every night at around 2:30 a dumpster truck would roll through and make such a loud noise that it would wake me up. It would only last about 10 minutes but it became frustrating. Other than that, the stay was great.
