The Capitol worked fine for us. Although it is a bit tired, Everything was clean, the people we encountered were great, and the breakfast (bacon and eggs) better than the standard carb-only hotel fare. Reasonably priced and well situated, it fit our needs nicely.

FYI: This is a motel. A fairly nice, and newly renovated motel, but a motel nonetheless. You will have to walk outside to get to the elevator, stairs, lobby, fitness room, ice machine, breakfast room, etc. Whether that's in Nashville's 90F summer heat or 20F winter chill (as it was for us). I'm unsure as to how this place has a 3-star "hotel" rating. This is something Expedia should look into, as the photos and listing are deceptive, and this is clearly inaccurate labeling and advertising.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast is included. Parking is available at a reasonable cost. Facilities are modest at best; hotel needs to be refurbished. Next time I'd probably pay a little more for a nicer facility.

Overall, it was a great place to stay, however; there were bugs in the shower and on the floor. The photos weren’t what they advertised. But it did get the job done!

Ehhh not worth it.
The hotel is old. Really old. It definitely gives off motel vibes instead of Hotel vibes. The no parking is terrible. You have to pay valet 30+ dollars to park your car there. Or go and find parking elsewhere which also cost money. The best thing about this place was the awesome food and family running the til five restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Probably won’t stay again , put 20-30$ extra with what you’re paying for this place and go somewhere else more convenient!

Great property. Booked here because it split up our 10 hour drive from Southwestern Ontario to Nashville. Great staff, nice room, 2 mns off the highway and a good deal. Breakfast was great as well, felt very safe here, gym was descent and the pool looked great but we didn’t use the pool… maybe next time. We woyld stay here again.
