Loud and Noisy. Hopefully you don't need to sleep
Pictures were very deceiving. Did not have a view of the city. Had a view of the BofA Parking lot. Not a lot of light, but a tremendous amount of noise. Garbage truck collects EVERY night at 3AM. And those metal garbage bins are not quiet when they are lifted and dumped. Windows are very think. Can hear people just walking on the street - and we were four floors up.

I loved our space overall. The bed was comfy, and tvs in both rooms allowed for flexibility. Hvac, washer/dryer was terrific. The bathroom was good. All was clean and functioned as expected. My only criticism is that a handbar to assistvwith getting in and out would be a good thing and appreciated. The tub was funky, but clean. The fridge was loud. The drop off midweek with fresh towels and cleaning supplies was an unexpected delight. There was a bit of confusion with the front desk and cleaning staff over recycling. We arrived around noon and did not expect our room to be ready, but it was yay! It would have been more helpful to have a print out of services, groceries and drug stores in the area. Check out was super easy. We did not use the pool. We were on a lower floor and enjoyed the patio. However it was across from an active parking gatage and all the great windows at times felt a little exposed. The TV was a little tricky, and i was not able to cast from my android phone. The front desk or AI through text was unhelpful. Local tv didnt serm to be available. Lastly the only true bummer were the party busses and whooping kids on the weekend. It wasnt too bad, and i suspect that most hotels have this issue. 5 stars for the great value. Id return in a heartbeat.

get your trashed picked up during the day . 3 am wake up call daily with careless drivers banging dumpsters . goes on for several minutes . when spending good money for a place yo should be able to get a good nights sleep

Everything included washing machine stove full fridge etc Booking I was good until we came to use the internet We came down in the evening .. my husband came down then he had to come back and get me as I had done the booking and despite me showing my passport when I arrived I had to go back to get it … so 4 trips down was frustrating Once we had the password all was fine Soooo get the password on arrival ! It’s not written upstairs or on the card they give you with your PIN number But the location is brilliant one block from broadway and not noisy just great

This property was beautiful and the perfect distance from Broadway! A quick 2 block walk away. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a great view of Nashville. The front desk was friendly and the diners & stores nearby were convenient!
