The area was perfect . I would love to give it 5 stars but the communication about parking was terrible. The garage malfunctioned and the gate was broke and they could not manually open it .. they made us back out and go to other location and the same thing occurred. I contacted the property and the desk person said they had not control over the garage but that they can manually open the gate . I told her multiple times that it was broken and they could not open the gate manually. She was rude and not even sympathetic of the issue . Very frustrating to pay 40$ per day for parking and have poor customer service. You may not own the garage but you contract with them and that is a reflection on you!

It was a bigger aparment than i expected. I loved the convenience of having everything accesible within the building via the elevator .make sure you scan the qr code for parking validation at the front desk before you leave.

Had a lovely stay here. Small apartment with separate bedroom and all the facilities that we needed. Really friendly and helpful staff. They have a pool and a gym if you like that sort of thing. It's only 2 blocks from Broadway but very quiet at night. Off License and Convenience Store close by on 3rd. 3rd Avenue feels safer than 2nd if you're returning late at night

I'M staying here next time I go to Nashville. Everything is walkable to the Ryan Happy,Country Museum,Music Hall of Fame Jonny Cash Museum, 2 block from Broadway,etc.My only complaint, hardly any hot water being on the 14th floor out of 29. Lee

The hotel itself was beautiful. We had a great view of downtown, room was modern and updated. We had a full kitchen, fridge, bathroom etc. No key cards, had to use a code for your room and to get in off the street which was nice. And getting from the parking garage to the hotel was a breeze once you figured it out the first time. Communication wasn’t the best before check in. We were waiting for a code to know our room was ready, had we not gone to the desk we never would have gotten it. Also the directions to get to the actual hotel were vague and took us awhile walking on different streets to find the front door. Overall great stay, just wish a few things on check in had been more clear. Easily walking distance to broadway. Comes out by Johnny cash, Lainey Wilson and kid rock bars. Great location

Really enjoyed my short stay here! The gentleman working the front desk named Shiv was amazing and upgraded our room for us at check-in. Check in also took less than five minutes and the view from our room was incredible. Will absolutely stay here again!

Overall the stay was good. Shower and bathroom sink didn't drain. Refrigerator made a loud hum. Smart TV wasnt set up in bedroom. Spoke to front desk the next morning and they had maintenance fix all these things by the time we arrived back to room that evening. Parking in the garage is confusing. Hotels.com gave us a credit for parking but hotel isn't affiliated with garage. Had to call the garage parking to make sure we weren't going to be charged. Little inconvenient but overall good stay.
