Very new hotel. Breakfast was good quality for the price of the stay. One morning was bacon. The other sausage. Eggs standard. Automatic pancake maker. Juices and coffee were good.

My stay was great! Staff is very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Parking is good. It is tucked away but it is around plenty of food places if you would rather walk instead of driving. The property was really clean. I recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again when I visit Nashville again.

We just stayed overnight. Everything was great except the matress. I shared the bed with my wife and my side of the bed felt sloped toward the floor. Not sure why bed thid seems to happen at more than half the hotels I stay at. Had I had the bed to myself and could sleep toward the middle I probably wouldn't have noticed it. As it was, I kind of felt like I was falling of the bed all night.

We always stay at the Tru by Hilton because it is clean, the breakfast bar is loaded, the staff is so friendly. When we arrive each time to check in, we are greeted by a staff member with a “ welcome home”. We will continue to stay there each time we are in Franklin.
