Liked the location. Staff is friendly. Just average amenities and weird policies. For example, requested a late check out the night before and was told couldn’t ask until the morning of checkout. Was told the request for late checkout which was submitted through automated system on the TV in the room would get “lost”. Was told there would be robes available in room and none were available. Average room and average amenities. Not worth the price paid for the amenities received.

We planned an active holiday up, biking and walking. We were disappointed when twice we arrived in the afternoon to rest and clean up for the evening out and our room was not clean. When we asked, they advised us housekeeping had until 6 PM to do room service. If you wanna make sure your room is service. Call the front desk when going out so the room gets done. Our TV broke while we were here which can happen, but when we let the front desk know, they didn’t arrange for someone to replace it Until we called them again when we returned later in the day. Then we had to leave while it was replaced. There were no ropes in our room when we asked about the robes they said it’s on request. So we requested some and we never got robes. Staff at the front are friendly. The front lobby is a nice place together after a long day in the sun for a cold drink. The happy hour menu was OK. It was expensive for me over $500 a night and it just didn’t translate to anything special. When we asked for a late check out the day before we left they said call back at 7:30 AM so they can coordinate with housekeeping. We called at 7:25 and we were told someone bought out all the late checkouts! Someone else in our group staying in a different room said she called at 7:15 and she got a late check out. I like the location and the overall vibe but will look for something else next time. Just wasn’t anything special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, and it was a delightful experience! The hotel has a beautifully artsy vibe that truly enhances the overall atmosphere. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, making it a feast for the eyes. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows! The entire property was spotless, which added to the comfort of my stay. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bar served superb drinks, and I particularly loved the outdoor patio bar. It was a fantastic place to unwind and soak up the vibrant Nashville atmosphere. Although I didn't have the chance to visit the rooftop bar, I heard amazing things about it from fellow guests. The only downside to my stay was the valet parking fee, which was $55 a day. Since I stayed for four days, that added up quite a bit, which felt a bit steep. However, considering the overall experience, it was still a memorable stay. Highly recommend the Virgin Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a stylish and comfortable getaway in Nashville!

I liked the roof top pool bar and food what I didn't like was that I was charged $34.00 a day for amenities that I didn't use plus take soap or towels shampoo water if used should be complementary

Overall a nice property. I thought there could be more dining options, in-room dining, etc. was very limited. Also, the elevator floors, property outdoor areas can be tidier, cleaner. Rooms were super. Very nice and clean, spacious shower, great rain shower head. Staff was so kind and extremely helpful. Couldn't be more eager to help. Outdoor fire pit/bar was a great space!

Good location, everyone from the valets at parking to the wait staff and desk clerks were helpful and polite. Our room was comfortable and just as expected. It did seem that we had an uncommon amount of "additional charges" upon checking out, especially for a two day stay.
