Staff was very friendly, and the resort is within walking distance of Atlantis. Restaurants and shops are right around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

I arrived here Sunday October 13. The front desk was kind, when I first arrived I told the lady if I can get a room where l had smoking access seeing I was traveling with my 8 year old son I can't just walk off and smoke, l'm a loyal customer of there's and this is my third time this year, I will not be returning! | get | my room and the first room the shower was broken the second one was okay but still no access for me to smoke the room had a mold Oder which was tolerable then they finally had a room with out door access I didn't pay attention immediately but the mold smells beyond tolerable my son has been hitting his asthma pump all night in the room and complaining he can not breath due to the mold smell, I'm going to take this further with a lawyer, I don't find it any exception that my 8 year old son is finding it hard to breath due to the strong mold smell! Thanks for the opportunity of having me as a customer but l will no longer be a returning future, and will not recommend To anyone!!!! And I returned home today and all my clothes smelled like mold

I have stayed here 3 times in the year of 2024 and is the first time i had a complaint with this establishment! The women at the front desk had lied to me about every room being booked when the truth was it was under renovations. I was told that I would be accommodated for an out door patio due to me being a smoker after giving the check in person $50 cash. The amenities of the resort that they offer at Atlantis were shut down for the most part. Still charging FULL PRICE in which they call OFF SEASON! People even working the resort said that people start to act rude and disrespectful to guests coming in around this time because they don’t care about the customers coming in during OFF SEASON! Came with my sister and my nephew and all had a miserable time and could not wait to get back home!! Also let’s not forget the MOLD SMELL which my 8 year old nephew could not bare and had to hit his asthma pump more times than I had ever seen in my life . I had said to the Manager if he could accommodate me we some free nights and said absolutely not, knowing that I come here 4 times a year with no complaints. Won’t recommend the island of Bahamas nor the Comfort Suites!

My husband and I love how they made our stay extra special especially on my birthday - they gave us a birthday cake and dining vouchers . Also, the staff are accommodating and friendly. The access to Atlantis and free breakfast are the deal breaker in choosing CSPI. However, the check-in process was quite too long - we waited more than an hour to have our room ready. Overall, It was a great experience!

I really enjoyed my time on the property. The customer service was really good. This includes checking in and out and the restaurant staff. The only reason I could not give the customer service 5/5 is because once or twice the staff would have loud personal conversations in the hall. They would be in the corner, so I couldn't see them, but I heard. Also, I had to call the front desk on my cellphone because the room phone was not working. I asked for a toothbrush and the lady told me i had to wait until housekeeping opens in the morning or I can come downstairs to get it. I told her I was already settled for bed and if it would be possible for someone to please bring it. But I would recommend this hotel. I think it's really good for the buck and the amenities are nice. At check out the lady did a great job in failure recovery when I told her the minor issues. But I would go back.

I was assigned a regular room on my check in. When in the room I found a dead cockroach and a live one. I reported to the front desk and they found me another room. They upgraded me to a 3rd floor room with a better view and other things. They also gave me the Expedia VIP welcome letter plus discount cards and other perks. That was supposed to be given anyways because my status of Expedia VIP Platinum. Only after I complained about the Cockroaches then they did it. I need to mention the restaurant service was very limited to say it in a way. I went there for dinner one night al 8:30pm and nobody showed up. I even shout Hello several times and nobody answered. At 8:50 one lady came to the room a d said they can't take any order because restaurant closes at 9pm. I explained I was sitting there since 8:30, she insisted and sent me to the outside bar to have dinner with no A/C.

Did have a bed bug problem. The hotel was accomodating when advised of the issue. Feel the cost was pricy for the accommodations and lacking amenities. Was a $60 a night looking hotel. Overall did have a good time.

The F&B credit was not communicated from the front desk to the restaurant for my booking. I had to meet with a manager after paying with a credit card for the service and have it refunded. The manager was kind and helpful and resolved my issue. The front desk agent failed to add my reservation to the F&B credit list. Staff is excellent. Just minor communication issues. Best place to stay in Nassau. We will be back.
