Great front desk staff. Love that they gave a hospitality room so you can shower before you go to the airport. Room always clean and very friendly staff. Only issue was water pressure in our room shower

I stay at the Comfort Suites a couple of times a year - recent remodel refreshed the place nicely. Staff are great, price is affordable for Paradise Island, and love having privileges to use the Atlantis property. Oh, and daily breakfast is included too.

The hotel staff was amazing at Comfort Suites. The staff at Atlantis helping with the passes were all rude. Comfort Suites should train them.

This property was amazing! All the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a little dated but they are super clean! Love having the swim up bar and breakfast everyday. Good at Crusoes is great! Also a perk that it is so close and you get access to Atlantis

Stayed at this resort March 4-7 the manager Ms. Burrows made this the worst experience for me, had a family emergency had to head home early, Expedia approved my refund of 1700 she refused to approve the refund. She started arguing in the lobby made a big fuss while I showed her the proof that Expedia said that they declined she continuously lied to my face stating it’s on Expedia when I spoke with Expedia being a platinum traveler they were going to waive the fees because of the emergency. The other staff was great but real leadership is being questioned at this time. I usually stay at this hotel being a Bahamian but I will never stay here again just because of her bias decision, asking where do I live? I don’t know what this had to do with the situation at hand. Worst experience ever from a manager being an experienced traveler.

The property is not properly maintained! room was dirty and have the toilet leak in my bathroom. I have pictures of the bathroom above me leaking into my bathroom and it was disgusting! Same tasteless breakfast is served everyday! Will never come back!
