Property showing its age. Now seems to cater to families with small children. No longer the relaxing experience it once was. On frequent occasions staff was very rude. Clearly had no interest in being helpful.

If you’re looking to overspend and have an average time, this is the place for you! As mentioned in many, many other reviews service is pretty horrendous. Unhelpful staff that make you feel like you’re a burden for asking the simplest questions. It just made the whole experience sour. Also you’re just charged for breathing. Seriously there’s not one meal that’s affordable or worth the price they charge. Everything requires a reservation. The rooms are thin and I would hear children screaming at the top of their lungs. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you, you’re better off looking for an adult only Resort. The beach is gorgeous but you’re fighting for beach chairs and space away from the loads of unattended children running around like menaces.

The property was amazing! So glad that we chose this over the competitor. We traveled as a family with two little ones and the pool and grotto was a highlight. The water park was also a hit. Food is expensive and not very many options for kids at the restaurants inside. Property is sparkling clean and the beach view is amazing. Aside from the staff not being really friendly, we will definitely stay here again.

I did not like the amenities in my room. No refrigerator, no snacks in room . No beverages at all . Not even bottled water , room service was so disappointing . I ordered a burger and fries. They were deliverd in a reasonable amount of time , however they came in plastic holders. I asked about plates and was told they don’t come with them. Now ! How cheap can you be . I’m not eating at McDonald’s I’m at a pricey resort. Cutting corners everywhere possible has cut me out from ever going back .

This was our second year going to Baha Mar and it doesn’t disappoint. You can relax and stay on the property for everything but do preplanning on meals/reservations since it is not an all inclusive and for pool loungers/cabanas.
