Everything was okay about the hotel besides how you reserve for dinner. There’s no much to do on the site but drink and swim. They have a couple of people going around to keep people entertained but games like trivia, etc.

Overall, the property was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was a bit outdated and you can smell mold when you walk in. It's most likely from the bathroom since there's no ventilation. There are two pools and a small patch of beach for the guest to gather. The one thing you'll notice about the beach is the lack of shaded areas (palm trees, coconut trees) and the water is rough ocean water, not calm enough to enjoy, at least not in November. There isn't much to do on the property given its size, so planning offsite activities are encouraged. The buffet food/ restaurant food was plentiful and good for the most part. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Stay was great, the hotel, pool area and room were all 5 out of 5, Buffet was amazing, the only issue I had was the restaurants, the food is pre cooked and did not seem fresh, we ate only at the steak house and did not try the others, seemed like all of them had pre cooked food already. The buffet food was way better then the restaurants in my opinion. But overall, i would stay here again.

Very close to the ocean, the beach is very clean, the food is varied, some of the staff are very rude, some of the staff are very kind, the best time to book a restaurant is after 12 AM.

The rooms were exactly like pictured on the website. We had an ocean view. The property was clean and the staff was very courteous. The restaurants were nice and the food was good. We really enjoyed our time here.

The paper straws didn’t hold up plus now we know about the glue that holds them together it isn’t super environmentally friendly even though it’s portrayed that way. The restaurants were ok not anything special but the Buffett was really good

My boyfriend and I came for my birthday and we had an amazing stay! The staff was very welcoming and were so hospitable during our stay! We highly recommend staying at the Riu Palace. Every staff member across the board made our stay extra special! Will be returning for sure

Todo estuvo mal, hay que pelear para poder reservar, la comida no es rica en los restaurantes, la gente especial las mujeres siempre con mala cara no tienen buena atención con uno.

The food was great - wide selection and tasty/flavorful. The room was clean, shower and mattress included. Staff ensured fridge was stocked, liquor in room was such a great addition and made the stay even better. The staff was attentive and friendly. The least liked items were the couch had stains, no shuttle service to and from airport, limited availability for in house restaurants, and there is limited options for room service. But it really overall was a great stay.
