Very impressed with Atlantis. Excellent Resort accommodations. Room layout in the reef is fantastic. Property is well thought out. There is much to enjoy including the pools, amazing beaches, shopping, dining, and out of this world water park. Even a movie theater! Would highly recommend to anyone considering Nassau. Seriously. Excellent very friendly staff. They were all amazing.

Most staff was very engaged and very helpful some a bit less so. Property is absolutely beautiful and the grounds around our gorgeous. Disappointed in the number of restaurants that were closed often for temporary shuttered for the season they should make this known on the Atlantis app well in advance. Overall, though very, very pleased and a wonderful wonderful place to visit.

The black/ brown color of the sunbeds are very ugly, so we went to Cove seaside everyday where they are in blue nice color. In the evenings, smell of the meals cooked by next room was all inside our room which I had to open the balcony to clean out the air in our room, fan is absorbing the smell into our room. The room was dusty when we arrived. Some of the staff were ( pool restaurant and towel place) rude, not helping, not kind enough. Receptionist male staff, bellboy, lift entrance staff, shuttle drivers were very good.

The customer service here is impeccable. Sr. Kent one of your gentlemen at your front entrance is beyond hospitable. By far one of the kindest most compassionate persons we met there.
