First the dislikes! 1.We arrived at about 4PM and checked in. The moment we entered the residence upstairs seem to be holding a gymnastics contest. We shrugged it off as excited kids. No! This was non stop drumming on the floor until we checked out around 1150 pm that same day 8 hours after checking in. 2. The outside ambient air began to smell like a busted septic tank and raw sewage. Not sulfur like a hot spring but sewage! Unfortunately, I can tell the difference. The smell began to seep into the residence making me and my family feel ill. Customer care basically said we were complainers and if we wanted we could move rooms but the entire area smelled so moving was not an option so we went home. 3. While packing up our vehicle to tavel home for several hour's we had the pleasure of listening to a couple fighting in one of the rooms before leaving. Far from a relaxing vacation we were looking for. 4. To top it all off the property refused to work with Expedia or us to make right for the terrible experience my family and I endured. No sincere apology, nothing. Basically a thanks for your money losers and piss off type of response. No responsibility taken at all. Beware of this place unless you are hard of hearing and smelling or like being treated with no respect. The good. It was a nice location. The outdoor area was nice and the room was comfortable. It is sad its looks don't live up to the expectations. Avoid and would never recommend this location to anyon.

過ごしやすい良い部屋でした。お風呂場がとてもステキだった。 ベットも大きく、ちょうどいい弾力でぐっすり眠れました。 子ども達はベッドの上でプロジェクターでアニメが観られて楽しそうでした。

エクスペディアで予約しました。 大人8人子供2人小型犬1匹で燻製機有りのB棟に泊まりました。 結果としてとても満足度の高い宿泊ができました。 【良かった点】 ・風呂が広く、2階にはシャワールームがある。 ・2階の部屋にはプロジェクターがありYouTubeや Netflixが見られる。 ・ドッグランが思ったより広い。 ・燻製機が有るだけかと思ったら、冷蔵庫に燻製用の食材と燻製チップがあった。(無料) ・サウナ用となっているが2リットルの天然水が2本用意されている。(無料) ・犬用のペットシートやケージがある。 ・朝食のスコーンが自分で焼くので楽しく、出来立てを食べれるので美味しかった。 ・スムージーのジュースが子供も飲めるもので良かった。 ・駐車場が広いので駐車しやすい。 ・徒歩圏内にコンビニがある。(A棟に自販機と製氷器あり) ・1階と2階にトイレがある。 ・ドラム式洗濯機が2階にある。(洗剤もある) ・全体的に新しめ 【悪かった点】 ・ナビ通り行くと看板が少し奥にあるので見逃す可能性がある。 ・チェックインがひとりひとり名前と住所と職業を打たないといけないので長くなる。(予約した人と同じ住所の人は住所の入力を省ける。) ・デッキに設置されている机の一部が溶けていた。 ・雨だったこともあり、室内でホットプレートを使用して焼肉をしたが、換気する装置がないので2階まで臭いが朝まで残る。 ・1階の風呂の使い方がお年寄りにはわかりずらい。 ・風呂、洗面所、サウナは同じ区画にあるので、風呂に入る人がいると使えない。(鍵を閉める場合) ・室内もデッキも8人分の椅子しか無いので10人だと狭い。 ・使った食器はしまわないで洗った後、水切りに並べておくとあったが、10人分だと出して置くスペースがない。 ・食器用スポンジあるとのことだったが設置されていないのでコンビニで調達しないといけなかった。(洗剤はある) ・風呂の浴槽の水の流れが悪い。(排水溝の詰まり) ・到着してすぐだったが、各寝室がなんか臭う。 ・寝具はダブルベッドしかない。 ・施設内禁煙、花火禁止だがライターが落ちてた。 悪い点は細かく見たら気になるかも知れませんが、良い点が上回ってるので目を瞑れます。 初めての利用でしたが、リピート有りですね。 また利用したいです。

宿泊エリアに入った瞬間から綺麗でテンション上がります。棟の前に駐車が出来、便利でした。安く泊まれるのに、歯磨き、ドライヤー、洗濯機and乾燥機付いてて助かりました！お風呂も人工温泉が出ます。綺麗です。私達が行った時は大雨でしたが庭ではキャンプが出来るとか？！ 上の人の足音が時々聞こえるけど、ウチも2歳のコが居たので、そこまで気になりませんでした。徒歩圏内にセブンあります！ご飯屋さんはほとんどが閉まるの早い。せっかく行ったけど、ココス行きました。他の楽天villaにも行ってみたいです。

ベッドは、寝返りをうっても沈まなく、渡し好みの固さのマッドレスてした 食器は、使う前にしっかり洗い直すべき リビングのエアコンは、風量が弱でもうるさい お風呂の浴槽は、滑らない素材で子供や高齢者でも滑らずに入浴できそう 人工温泉良いです 個人的には、キッチン周りに照明が少ない。慣れない家電を操作するには、暗い テレビはBSが観られないの残念

今回で2回目の宿泊。もちろん愛犬も一緒に泊まれて良いはいいのだが、キッチン周りが食器類など消耗品のストック含めてもう少し充実してくれると大変有難い。またチェックアウトに関しても、延長料金による最大12時まで泊まれると朝ごはんなどもしっかり食べたり、ランチ用の弁当なども作っていけるのでそういう融通がきくと最高！

家族6人でバイクツーリングの際に利用させて頂きました。駐車場が広く、バイクも停めやすかったです。火を利用したBBQをしたかったのですが、火気厳禁との事で、今回は室内に置いてあった、ホットプレートを利用しました。これはこれでとても楽しめました。備え付けグッズが豊富で便利でした。ドライヤーが三つあり、シャンプやコンディショナーも安物でなく、なかなか良いお品でした。事前に口コミを読んでいたので、数が足りないと思われる、ザル、ボール、大きなプレート、トングなどは自宅から持参、人数が多い場合は紙皿や大き目のプラスチックコップなどを持っていくと洗い物が少なく便利かと。お風呂は清潔で広く、お湯もとても気持ちよかったです。窓を開けて露店風呂仕様で使用しました。燻製器が備え付けてあったのが良かったです。事前に味付け卵、シシャモ、ウインナーなどを持っていきましたがとても美味しかったです。金曜日から一泊した事もあり、宿泊客が少なく、とても静かでした。一点だけ、気になった事、朝起きたら、室内全体が硫黄臭くて驚きました。お風呂も外も全く匂わないのに何故部屋の中だけ匂うのか不思議です。かなり強かったので、朝から窓を全開にして換気しました。リビングルームに時計がなく、壁掛け時計があったら嬉しいです。全体としては大満足な施設でした。また機会があれば利用したいです。

加湿器が置いてあるが、中の水が入ったままとなっていた。 室内戸の取手のネジが緩んでいた。 カギの番号メールが届かず、問い合わせしないと部屋に入ることが出来なかった。
