OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner's directives. The allowed occupancy of Regency #810 permits a maximum of up to 6 persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy Standards are defined as being "the number of persons present inside the property at any given time". The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored. Violation of the Occupancy Standards will not be tolerated.
AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing Guests from the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Any Guest violation will result in the immediate termination of the Guest's rental use of the property and Guest's forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET Policy is subject to additional charges associated with Repairs, Replacements or Pet Remediation efforts (Please see Rental Lease Agreement). Any Fines issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to Guest's Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is committed to assisting all Guests in need of a trained Service Animal. Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal are asked to notify Navarre Vacation Rentals of this need at the time of establishing a Reservation. Documentation demonstrating Guests' current medical treatment and a licensed physician's medically prescribed need may be requested in order to provide property Owners and Homeowner Association officials with required documentation to substantiate the legitimate need for the presence of an animal.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property if available.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates reflect occupancy availability. Published Rates are subject to change. For the best pricing early Reservations are suggested. Any Rate Quote supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals is only valid for 24 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING Policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional financial charges may be applied to Guest's Credit Card for any needed Repairs, Property Replacements or Smoke Remediation efforts.
