I pulled back the covers on my bed and there was dry blood on my sheets. They didn’t even bother putting clean bedsheets on my bed before I arrived. It was freaking disgusting.

When I arrived, they had double booked my working suite room and said they would comp for the room. I’ve been working and calling two months now, and the manager has never returned a call. Strongly would not suggest staying here.

Could have been better
The rooms are pretty run down with lots of chipped paint on the bathroom room. The door to the room did not close without being slammed shut and the air vent in the bathroom made a crazy amount of noise constantly. Evening check in staff was not friendly at all but the check out person in the early morning was very nice. Not much around in terms of dining so a lot of driving is necessary.

The property was in a great location - very easy to walk downtown and next to the farmers market on Saturday. The staff is very friendly and our check-in/out process was easy. The rooms are updated, however they were not the cleanest. You can tell that there isn’t any deep-cleaning happening (shower floor needs to be bleached, tiles scrubbed, etc), and the cleanings between nights were the bare minimum and fairly lacking (provided clean towels, but didn’t take the dirty ones, left empty cans on the tables, provided new coffee cups but not all of them replacements or clean out the coffee pods). Overall, it was all good stay, but some improvements could be made in the cleaning department.
