Waters Edge is a boutique complex of 4 townhouses located on the edge of the Nelly Bay Marina.
Townhouse 3 is located in the centre of the complex, with views from your two balconies across the marina and Nelly Bay towards the lights of Townsville and Cleveland Bay.
The complex has a large shared pool with views.

This luxurious, well-appointed self-contained townhouse boasts a large master bedroom suite with a brand new king bed leading onto a private balcony with cafe setting.
The ensuite bathroom is complete with a large round spa bath from where you can relax and enjoy water views. There is also a double rain head shower and twin vanities.
If you must work away from home there is an office desk providing you space to set up and enjoy the view with Wifi available throughout your stay.

The second bedroom has 2 brand new king single beds, while the third has 1 queen bed. With a shades of blue feature walls in each bedroom, the rooms are inviting and comfortable providing enough space for up to 6 guests to enjoy their stay in Townhouse 3. There is a main bathroom and shower that services these bedrooms.

Upstairs the townhouse opens to a large living and dining space filled with brilliant views of the waterfront. The spacious kitchen offers the option to self-cater throughout your stay, and provides fantastic views even from the kitchen sink. There is a powder room upstairs for your convenience. Air conditioned throughout with laundry facilities, Waters Edge Townhouse 3 has everything you need to enjoy your stay

A wonderful property with stunning views and convenient location close to shops, restaurants, bus etc. We were lucky enough to have a rock wallaby venture near by on a nightly basis which kept the kids very entertained. Would definitely return
