The staff at this motel was outstanding! The lady at Reception went out of her way to insure we had a comfortable stay. We were even offered breakfast in the morning which was the first time of the many stays we had previous to this one. The motel was near a marina and it was fun to walk around and look at all the boats.

A little gem away from main city but still only a short walk away. Beautiful marina view. Great value with continental breakfast included. Very comfortable bed. Marjory very friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front counter is always welcoming. Stayed here a few times now. It’s 7am and nearly time to wake up for the continental breakfast that is included in our stay and begin another day.

Staff and other guests were really friendly. The shared continental breakfast in the breakfast room was really handy and a nice way to start the day. The motel is in an interesting setting in the Port, and we were lucky enough to have an upstairs balcony with a view out over the water. While the outside of building tired, the room was beautifully done up. The restaurant/bar next door had nice food and friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Good place to stay while in Nelson. Short walk into town. There is a restaurant about 50m from the motel. The motel also has breakfast in the morning. Basic but fills the void. The staff were great at check in, and through out the stay. The property backs on the the port but that wasn't an issue..

we stayed last weekend for my birthday 9th of march . This place is clean and good value for money. Restaurant next door call the Anchor and yachts in front of the harbourside was very pretty @ night. walking distance up town 15 mins . Restaurants,countdown store, walking trails . we love our stay thank you very much and we will be back! Poppy & Richard
