Perfect Holiday Villa
When we booked Villa Mia we are obviously looking at images & reading reviews of others, all were really good. What I have to say is that the pictures don't do Villa Mia justice! My wife was born in Cyprus & we (including our daughters) go to Cyprus twice a year & have done for nearly twenty years. Villa Mia was the best villa we have ever booked. One of the things my Wife wants when she is booking a Villa is a view, I am not bothered either way. That was until we arrived at Villa Mia. The views are incredible. The Villa in situated in a quiet area overlooking Latchi & Polis but you can see right around the bay. I set my alarm each morning for 05:45 so I could see the sun rise. The images on Vrbo whilst very nice do not do Villa Mia justice. The entire Villa was perfect for us. We were a party consisting of myself & my wife & our three grown up daughters (aged 23, 25 & 27) plus their partners. They were of the same opinion - perfect. Stewart & Sue were the absolutely superb prior to the holiday in providing info etc but excelled when we were in the Villa. You know when you are speaking to someone & you make a judgement, my immediate one was (& is) that they are both genuinely wanting to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you want a perfect villa in a perfect place then book Villa Mia, you will feel the same as all eight of our party in that it does not get better than Villa Mia! Paul & Joanne

Everything you could need!
We had a wonderful time at Villa Mia. Communications with Stuart and Sue was excellent, extremely quick and friendly responses both before our stay and whilst we were there. The villa is extremely well equipped and there was plenty of space for our two families of four. The pool area was really well used with comfy sun beds along with separate bathroom, fridge and sink. The fussball and table tennis tables provided our teens with something to do and shelter from the sun. The outdoor kitchen was so well equipped with BBQ, hob, oven, fridge and sink. We spent most evenings here around the fabulous outdoor table which always had shade. Location wise the villa is quiet but you can be at beaches and restaurants within 10 minutes by car. Overall a wonderful, restful break.

Our stay at Villa Mia was everything that it promised and so much more. The villa was so spacious and extremely well equipped. The inside and outside kitchens had everything you could ask for. The grounds surrounding the villa are beautifully kept. The owners and couple who look after the villa were very approachable and so helpful. We would not hesitate to return to stay again and we will recommend it to family and friends

Early April stay
First thing to say is the Villa is wonderful. Everything everyone has said in the other reviews is true - the pictures don’t do it justice, so much space that two families, 5 adults and two kids could just get lost. And as others have also said, communication was excellent with Stuart and Sue before and at the start of the holiday. What I thought I’d share is a bit about staying here in early April - very much the start of the season. We paid Stuart to heat the pool for the duration which was a must, and the kids loved being in there every day (even if the weather was cooler than seasonal this year). Because it was cool, we sometimes used the air conditioners as heaters, which boosted the heat nicely some evenings. Neo Chorio an absolutely lovely village. Off season, the only people we saw were locals. A tiny supermarket - but it had the essentials. The Smygies taverna was lovely for a very reasonably priced meze on our first night. The Smygies hike - 4 miles, about 2.5 hours - was a real highlight of the holiday and recommended for anyone who likes a fairly easy hike. The 7 mile return hike to Blue Lagoon from Baths of Aphrodite was also a real must. Amazing views from both walks. Eating out in Latchi early season was quiet but very nice. Generally we ate inside as was a bit cool for outdoor dining (though we managed it a few times). Our favourite place was No.9 Restaurant - a bit more expensive and a less ‘traditional’ menu. But was fantastic food and service. Overall, I’d 100% recommend Villa Mia, and if you’re thinking about booking ‘off season’ it’s worth a gamble. This year weather was a bit poor by Cyprus standards but still a fab time.

Fabulous Villa in a great location
We had a fabulous time in Latchi, The villa was perfect for 2 families of 4. Bedrooms are all a good size with each being en-suite. The outdoor kitchen and eating terrace was a fabulous addition and made for some great evenings cooking on the BBQ, with a couple of beers and relaxing together. Pool area is a decent size with plenty of sun loungers. Table tennis and Table football was well utilised by the kids. We took a couple of walks up into the nearby village, where there is a small supermarket and Taverna that’s worth a visit. Otherwise needed cars to travel to and from the beachfront bars and restaurants and the larger supermarkets (approx 15mins away) but there is ample parking and some nice restaurants. Overall we had a tremendous time here and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fabulous villa
What a wonderful holiday/honeymoon in this beautiful villa. The owners really went above and beyond with all of their information and advice from the moment we booked and we really appreciated it. The villa itself is fantastic with everything you could possibly need and more. The views are wonderful and you are close enough for a very short drive into Latchi where there are lots of lovely restaurants. Polis is also close and you have restaurants and a great supermarket there. We can't wait for our next visit.

We loved Villa Mia . Situated on the hillside over looking the bay , Villa Mia is a luxury comfortable house with a beautiful aspect and amazing outside garden area. The views from the front over the cypress trees and pool are stunning ! We loved opening the vented shutters front and back and letting the breeze in. We also spent many evenings outside at the lovely big dining table under the sun canapy looking down at the village of Latchi on the coast . Definitely a house for relaxation with seats situated all around it’s beautiful garden to the back and terrace to the front. Would definitely recommend this Villa ! Thanks Stewart and Sue and Clair for making it a wonderful stay ….we will be back for sure ! Mal and Maura

Wunderschöne Villa mit Traumblick / Great villa with amazing view
Wir haben im Oktober 2021 zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die größten Highlights waren für uns die Außenküche und der große Tisch im Freien, wo wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Wir haben frischen Fisch gegrillt, den wir mit Kräutern aus dem Garten und selbst gepflückten Limetten verfeinern konnten. Super zum Entspannen und zum Abkühlen war der Swimmingpool und die Sonnenliegen drum herum. Das allerschönste aber war der fantastischer Blick über die Bucht und das Meer. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir eigentlich gar nicht wegwollten. Trotzdem haben wir es geschafft, ein paar Ausflüge zu den Stränden und Restaurants in der Umgebung zu machen und eine Wanderung auf dem Aphrodite Trail zu unternehmen, die zwar anstrengend war, aber uns mit beeindruckenden Ausblicken belohnte. Am Haus gab es außerdem noch Tischfußball, Tischtennis und eine ganze Reihe von aufblasbaren Poolspielzeugen, so dass die Kinder viel Spaß hatten. Wir bedauern nur, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Vielen Dank an Sue und Stuart, die immer für uns da waren, wenn wir etwas brauchten! We spent two wonderful weeks at this amazing house in October 2021. The greatest highlight is without doubt the outdoor kitchen and dining area, which is where we (2 adults, 2 kids) spent most of our time relaxing as well as cooling down in the private swimming pool. We grilled fresh fish which we were able to season with herbs from the garden, as well as limes picked from the trees. A fantastic view across the bay in these peaceful surroundings meant that breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fresh air made it difficult for us to get out and explore the surrounding area, but we did manage to make a couple of trips to local beaches and restaurants as well as a hike along Aphrodite‘s trail which rewarded us with some impressive views from the hillside. Add to this table football, table tennis and the full range of pool inflatables, etc. meant that the kids were able to get the most out of our two weeks holiday as well. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay for longer. Thanks to Sue and Stuart who were always there for us if we needed anything!

Special birthday holiday in a fabulous villa !
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at villa Mia. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need and the views are stunning ! Stewart and Sue were so helpful with any questions we had . The villa is only 4 mins to the beach and there are so many other wonderful places to visit if you have a car. If you can , hire a boat with Latchi water sports , we had a wonderful afternoon swimming in the coves around the island. This holiday was for a special birthday and we definitely made some wonderful memories.

Villa Mia is wonderful and the owners, Sue & Stewart, were very helpful in every sense. The house is well equipped, clean and in a quiet and pretty location. The view from the house is amazing. The garden is beautiful and nothing can beat the outdoor facilities at Villa Mia! The outdoor kitchen and the dinning area are absolutely fabulous - the pictures don't do it justice . The pool is great and it's just perfect to have both toalet, shower and fridge next to the pool. The highlight of the trip was renting a boat from the owners lovely daughter, Lucy, at Latchi Watersport and having a day out on boat - it's a must! We highly recommend a stay at Villa Mia!

We had a great stay in the villa. We had just one week of vacation but with this villa we had the chance to relax like on a 3 week vacation... we had a lot of activitys planed for our vacation but in the end we spended our time just hanging out at the villa, at the fantastic pool area or the table right next to the amazing outdoorkitchen.... We didn't meet Sue and Stew but they alsways answered theire mails quick and gave us advises for everything we asked for. We would love to come back soon!!!

Villa very well equipped especially ground floor, bedrooms& bathrooms slightly spartan. Garden well laid out giving diversity of places to relax. Technical problems meant TV did not work during our stay, but not a great miss One point did strike us all as strange, the fact that there was no maid service during our stay. Any previous stay in Latsi, Polis area and other greek islands have had maid service at least twice per week. All in all a very memorable and happy visit. Restaurants as a whole are pretty good- Faros and Molos our favourites in Latsi and Moustakallis & Finnekas in Polis We did not try Neo Chorio this trip having had a very poor meal in one of the tavernas last summer. Scott & Claire provided assistance where needed very helpfully
