The spacious house with real wood and tiled floors extends over two floors and consists of two residential units. The ground floor is to be regarded as an incomplete unit because the bathroom and two bedrooms are off the hall and access to the first floor is via the corridor. All in all, the house has 5 bedrooms, all of which have different colors and names so that they can find their place to sleep in the house. Ground floor 78sqm: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, small living room with dining area and TV, large fitted kitchen, washing machine, access to the patio and seating, shower / WC with hair dryer. 1st floor 68m²: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, spacious living room with dining area , Flat-screen TV, desk under the pitch (here you can watch from the skylight to the port drift!)              ��            Kitchen, bath with extra shower and toilet, hairdryer Ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner are available on both floors.                     The entire facility and the furnishings of the house are new. Heating and hot water supply via a modern system. The kitchens have refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens, microwaves, dishcloths. In the living room above you will find reading material, games and a highchair. From 2015, guests can use Wi-Fi. Basically, bed linen and towels are required. If you want to rent bed linen, please indicate it when booking!

Perfect tasteful home
the house was ideal for our extended family of 9 and the garden, where we mostly stayed, was protected and private. The furnishings and artwork was impressive. We loved our stay and can highly recommend the house.

Tolle Lage in Neustadt/Holstein
Schöne, große Ferienwohnung. Einzig die lauten Geräusche vorbeifahrender Autos/LKWs über Kopfsteinpflaster waren morgens störend. Der Garten hinter der Wohnung könnte sehr schön sein, wenn er etwas gepflegter gewesen wäre. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung für bis zu 9 Personen empfehlen.

Schönes, sehr großes Haus
Positiv zu bewerten ist das große Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man benötigt. Der kleine Hofgarten ist schön privat gelegen und für uns vier war es vollkommen ausreichend. Einzig die Kopfkissen sollten dringend ausgewechselt werden. Wir sind zu jysk gefahren und haben uns welche gekauft. Negativ war leider die Baustelle im Nachbarhaus. Der Fliesenleger und andere Handwerker starteten jeden morgen um spätestens 8h und das Flechsen im Garten war wirklich sehr laut, so dass an ein gemütliches Frühstück draußen nicht zu denken war. Hier hätten wir eine Vorabnachricht erwartet. Enttäuscht waren wir tatsächlich von Neustadt. Das erwartete beschauliche Fischerstädtchen fanden wir leider nicht vor. Die Straßen waren einfach nur voll und hektisch, ganz besonders am Hafen. Hier kam keine richtige Urlaubsstimmung auf und auch keine Entspannung. Aber dafür kann das Haus ja nichts. Hier haben wir uns mit Ausnahme der o.g. Widrigkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Parken nur gegen Gebühr. Restaurantbesuch-Reservation.
Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Ein Schlafzimmer ist duch eine Milchglasscheibe getrennt, dadurch nur bedingt Lichteinfall, keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Für Kleinkinder ist an alles gedacht. Man braucht kein Bett o.ä. mitnehmen. Was fehlt ist ein Wäscheständer. Es gibt einen Trockner. Wünschenswert ... etwas mehr Besteck. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkinde. Der Aussenbreich sollte etwas mehr Pflege bekommen. Große Freude und Genuss bereitete uns der Feigenbaum. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Auf kleine Mängel reagierte er sofort. Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Geräumiges Haus in schöner Umgebung
Unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die flexibel auf Extrawünsche eingehen. Der Check-out-Vorgang ist jedoch problematisch, da wir eine halbe Stunde unterwegs waren, um den Schlüssel wieder in das dafür vorgesehene Schließfach zurück zu bringen. Das Haus ließ jedoch kaum Wünsche offen und ist sehr geräumig, so dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten.
