The shower wasnt clean and the walls had been damaged with repairs but they werent finished. The floors are very grimy looking. The kitchen area was nice. Outside of the property had quite a bit of trash in the shrubs.

Extremely dirty. Cockroach infestation. Found one crawling on desk on my half eaten sandwich the afternoon I had checked in. Phone in the room was not connected to call the front desk. Went to front desk and complained about the cockroach and phone not working. I was moved to another room. The second room was no better. There was mold at the bottom of the shower and dead roaches on the floor. Tried to cancel my reservation and requested a refund but they didn't allow for a refund. The morning I was checking out I had found another live cockroach crawling on the floor. When I checked out I let the front desk lady know of the cockroach I had just killed she looked like she was surprised and said she'd make a note of it. Don't stay here.

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train coming through the room everytime it kicked on! There was no hot water and I literally mean none! The tub wouldnt drain so when you did try to shower yoi had to stand in cold water. It was aweful.

We stayed in an accessible unit. It was large and comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Maid needs to check for towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Dirty towel was left. But everything else was good. Thank you!

Changed room because the air conditioner was so loud. The second room the air conditioner was just as loud. did not sleep. waste of money. Shower was a nightmare. Very poor condition.

I will definitely be there again when we come back
We had a very good stay, all the people that work there were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (wish they had a more selection of begels or bacon too) but what we had was delicious. My husband and son had waffles, juice coffe sausage eggs yogurt. I has bagels and muffins and coffe and juice it was very good...thank you so much

The room was so dirty and there were dead bugs in the tub. After cleaning them up I turned on the water to shower and more bugs crawled out. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
