This hotel is very old and run down. The first room we were given smelled terrible - like old cigarettes and stale. The second room was better but still had a bad smell. The AC didn’t work well. The rooms are dark. It was expensive for the condition of the hotel. I would not stay here again.

So EVERY SINGLE TIME they do not acknowledge platinum AMEX members. And pretty sure I am not getting points which of course cause me to spend EXTRA time to research. In addition the front desk did not add my husband to room which in the course of the visit meant when we locked the card in the room I had to personally come down to verify. He was definitely standing there at check in. Front desk BAD

Got into town later than expected so I didn’t get to see many of the facilities. Checkin was fine but I had to go back down to the desk because my keycard didn’t work for the door. Not a big deal but it was late and I had a 3 y/o with me. Not convenient. Room was clean except for the shower. It smelled moldy and had visible dark stains around the fixtures and grab bars. Breakfast as usual with the omelet area and all the fixins! Dead cricket on the floor but otherwise, par for Embassy Suites. I would stay here again but next time I will request a different room if the shower is moldy.

Over priced for the dated rooms. No place for a quick bite to eat at lunch. In the early morning on the 10th floor had to let the water run for ten minutes to get hot. Charged $12 a day to park. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable.
