Spanning nearly 3,000 square feet across three levels, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin is designed for relaxation. Cozy up by the fireplace, take in the breathtaking views from the 850-square-foot deck, or soak in the outdoor hot tub, available year-round. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck or stargazing by the fire pit, this home provides a peaceful escape from everyday life.

Please be advised that this home does have a camera that monitors the driveway and the garage but can be turned off after arrival if so requested.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.

This was a great all around property. It was very clean, very large and well laid out for families with multiple ages. Both decks were amazing and we had everything we needed. Also, the yards were well kept and very large to play games in. The beds were great and kitchen was well stocked

Awesome trip
My family had a wonderful time in Michigan and this rental was amazing! It is a beautiful wooded setting conveniently located near several beautiful beaches and there are many restaurants close by. We loved the big back deck that overlooked the river and we used the hot tub a lot. We set up a portable badminton set in the side yard and there were many tournaments daily! All the beds and couches were very comfortable. The house was clean and kitchen very well stocked. The rental company was easy to work with and very helpful, thank you Maria for answering all my questions! We would love to return one day!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Our family (3 generations) had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The location is very convenient! The layout of the house is perfect with lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the deck with lots of tables/chairs, gas grill and hot tub. The screened-in porch was perfect for evenings of games and puzzles. The house was clean and kitchen is very well stocked. The property manager is very easy to work with. Fun!

Sistah's Getaway 2023
The property is gorgeous. Very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group of women. We appreciated having lots of throws and blankets because a storm passed through and we lost power. It would have been nice if there had been a generator because we couldn't flush the toilets or get running water whilst the power was out. Also there was a water pressure issue with the upstairs shower. We also appreciated all of the games provided. It was also great having access to YouTube because we didn't have to use a laptop to watch our Sabbath Lesson. The ladies are looking forward to an annual retreat at this property again, but during nicer weather so we can enjoy the Hot tub and fire pit.

Beautiful property and home
We gathered family for a fall getaway and had a wonderfully relaxing time at this home. This property is BEAUTIFUL in the fall (as I am sure it would be year round). We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having a fire at the outdoor firepit and soaking up the fall colors. The inside of the home is incredibly spacious and well maintained - perfect for a large group of family or friends. Dining and groceries in New Buffalo just a short, easy 5 minute drive. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place for our family vacation
Had enough room for 4 couples and 7 kids to each have their own bed. The big family room, screened porch, and outside deck each provided ample room for all to congregate. Everyone agreed the beds were extremely comfortable! Very private and scenic location in the woods. The location was also perfect to quickly get to places that we like to visit in New Buffalo, Three Oaks, Union Pier, and Sawyer. We've been going to this area every year for 7 years now and have never stayed in the same place twice. This is one we would definitely stay again!

This was perfect for what we wanted. It's a cabin in the woods but it literally 10 minutes or less from New Buffalo, Union Pier and Three Oaks. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out with everything we needed. The Property Manager was very helpful. We'll be back!

We had a great time at this house over the weekend! From having everything in the kitchen we needed to cook our meals to the beautiful woods that the kids loved “exploring” in. Plenty of space for all 11 of us. Very easy to get to and an even smoother check in! Perfect place for a winter getaway with family. The kids are already asking when we can go back!
