The hotel was well worn although they said they were undergoing some renovations. The room was fine. Two issues detracted from our stay. First, the drain in the shower was so slow that you ended up standing in dirty water. Not very pleasant. The quality of the breakfast was subpar. There were relatively few choices and the eggs were dry and tasteless. On a positive note, there was plenty of free parking. Given my experience I would say this hotel was not worth the price charged.

The staff did a super job. The restaurant steak and fish & chips were excellent. The morning breakfast was great. The coffee was the only thing that we didn't like but that was our preference for a less bitter/burnt flavor. We've noticed most hotel coffee in Canada and ato a lesser extent in the states is like this.

The hotel was nice. The only issue was the staff in the dinning area was not helpful. Not all of them just the one girl in blond hair. We asked for decaf coffee and was told it will take 3 minutes. Even after 10 minutes the coffee never came. When asked she said they ran out of decaf coffee. Don’t understand why she couldn’t come over and tell us. Whenever she served the food we got less (amount) than the others. Wonder if she was prejudise towards us. The room was rarely clean. But the bath tub was not cleaned. We had to clean it ourself. Didn’t have proper clean stuff so couldn’t clean well. There were marks in the tub some of them came out easily the others did not. Wish they would do a better job with it. On the whole it was a pleasant stay.
