Overall our stay was good. The man at the front counter was very nice and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was a bit noisy because of all the traffic. But I know that cannot he helped.

Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had spots on them. Moved to a 2nd room. Fridge was damaged and dirty. Had to wiggle the flusher for toilet otherwise it runs the whole time. Ice machine on my floor broken!

Because I didn’t pay the 5 dollar holding fee they said the date changed I did the reservation from the hotel at the time….SCAM… then they said the price won’t be the same on a Monday I went next door for 30dollars cheaper same quality hotel…

We stayed here for the pool and told the reservationist just that and when we got there for my son’s birthday the pool was closed. I understand that there was no way anybody could of foretold that the pool would be out of order but it’s the way it was handled jokingly and unprofessional when I asked info about the pool.

Could be cleaner

First-room was big and comfortable and clean. But the stairwells and fitness area were not maintained and dirty. Fitness room-missing dumbbells-Dirty floors-no wipes-water cooler not working -broken machines and equipment. Breakfast was ok-tables could have been cleaner. Attendant was super nice and so was the staff. Snow and ice storm-no maintenance of icy sidewalks or parking lot.

Gosh this was the worst Hampton Inn ever! No food or amenities. There was trash strewn in the hallways. Breakfast was very limited. Didn’t even have orange juice or simple things like bananas. Front door was broken. Seemed understaffed and staff they had were inattentive. The beds were comfortable that’s about all I can say.
