For starters being charged for parking even though our truck won’t fit in the garage. Parked on street but assumed I’m still on the hook for $25 US. TV doesn’t work in room but… oh well! Somebody was supposed to come look into it. They never showed up.

Kudos to Rachel at the front desk in the evening of 1/17 (who helped fix the lack of hot water in our sink/shower), and Stephanie and Luis Reyes on the early morning of 1/19. Stephanie and Luis were instrumental in helping me with jump my car's dead battery. Stephanie got a hold of Luis, and Luis went to the gararge to jump the battery. They saved our day! The hotel is conveniently located to everything, good restaurants, shopping and walking distance to train station. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again for sure.

Great spot in downtown near Yale, lots of restaurants, and nightlife activities. Convenient parking across the street, super friendly staff! You can chromecast in your room and there’s a small market downstairs.The only small inconvenience was the bathroom lights are so incredibly bright when you use the bathroom at 4 am, but other than that it was great. We would definitely go again!

Fantastic facility

The New Haven Hotel was exactly what we needed for this quick trip. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel quality is excellent, as well as the ease of parking. The price was very reasonable.

I choose this hotel because of its proximity to Yale. Staff is very accommodating and friendly, housekeeping is not so much. I had to ask for refills and new towels. Other than that nice experience.

Beautiful hotel but not Declan room. There were multiple pieces of crumbs and hair in the bathroom. AC would only go down To 67 so I was a tad hot in the middle of the night . Lobby nice , fireplace is broken , token for a beverage of choice includdd a beer or glass of wine. Nice touch for sure. Thick towels good pressure .
