The hotel and the room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to main street where there are many restaurants and activities around, including Bucks County Playhouse. The hotel restaurant's foods were delicious. Just a note that the hotel has only valet parking, no self parkin option.

Room was nice. The toilet paper holder keep opening up and the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. Screen door on balcony is not working. Room temperature was hard to get a comfortable setting. The staff and valets were friendly and did a excellent job. I would stay again.

Nice view and location. Parking was challenging. After a $20 surcharge, the car was misplaced. Front desk staff was unpleasant. Unexpected for a place like this.

The hotel is next to construction that limits parking and access to walking trails. There are bikes for guest use but no pool or gym facilities on the property. Parking in town is ridiculous and the hotel while beautifully remodeled is a 20 min walk to town. I was disappointed with a $20 valet parking fee when there was no other parking choice. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pretty hotel, but a few issues. Cable system had to be re booted for some reason so a lot of the channels did not work, our mini fridge did not work so they replaced it with a mini freezer such that we thought it was still a fridge and it ruined all our food and wine, our room was over the dishwasher that ran numerous times and the bed was very low to the ground

Facility, staff, and location were all very nice. This was a relief after several stressful days in a row. There was an odd glitch where our room only had hot water for almost two hours (even the toilet was flushing hot!), which made getting ready in the morning difficult. But it sorted itself out after we had breakfast and a walk.

Rooms are lovely and river views are beautiful. Showers are amazing. Dining choices are excellent, but easy stroll into New Hope for many more excellent dining choices. Roof bar is not to be missed as well as deck bar off of main Odette's dining room.

Here's are all the things I loved about our stay... location was perfect along side the Delaware River with views from each restaurant were fabulous. Highly recommended the restaurants at this hotel they were both amazing. The staff were quite helpful and polite. The hotel offers complementary bicycles so you can ride into town or neighboring Lambertville ( just over the bridge). What I didn't like about the hotel... They charge you $20.00 per day for your car. Really? I'm staying at your hotel and you're charging me to keep my car there? Second.. the mattress on the bed was Terrible with a capital T! The staff tried to help but the padded topper didn't help If it wasn't for the two negative items I mentioned I woul give the hotel a top rating.

Lovely stay
A master class in hotel design and service. Beautiful property and peaceful setting on the river. Rooftop drinks and brunch at Odettes were great. Valet/check-in was smooth. Room was very clean and comfortable, great bedding and pillows. Enjoyed the large bathroom and amenities like the rainfall shower. Quick walk on the towpath to downtown new hope for shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would stay again
