Upon check in my room smelled like Mold/Mildew and you could clearly see mold growing in-between the window panes. I requested another room they were unable to accommodate me due to being at capacity. The front desk was very nice with getting me checked out. Wish I could have stayed the area was perfect right at the beginning of bourbon street action!

The room was dusty and we asked for another desk chair that never came. The concierge service was non existent. When you call down to the front desk it was a voicemail answer every time. For the price per night hotel could’ve been cleaner. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor and had to go up 3 floors just for ice. Only thing good was bourbon street was right there.
