It took the staff a while to attend to the air conditioning not working the first night. Total time was over 1 hour after reporting initially on the phone. It took 2 calls and 2 trips downstairs to get it working. No valet parking the first night because of the Bayou Classic. Basically figure it out yourself! Second night I had to call and go downstairs because no towels or wash cloths were left to bathe. Not a bad stay overall just not the service I expected.

Frist let me say, I can't believe this place was this bad.. Frist walk in my room it smelled like wet carpet and mildew. No hot water , heater don't work, stains on the curtains looks to be of dried blood. The hallway smells like mildew as well. I called every night about the hot water nothing was done... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Quite comfortable. Valet parking was friendly and quick. The check-in process was quick too. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, great condition and a view right on Canal St.

Property location is ideal for desired activities and restaurants. Staff were great - friendly and accommodating. However, the property needs a major scrub and significant updates. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom plumbing needs repair. Ran out of hot water Sunday morning. Faucets dripped loudly and sink spirted water. Lighting too dim in bathrooms. Mattresses need to be replaced. First two nights our backs hurt. Thank goodness for Fast-acting Tylenol.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They made sure to help us in anyway they could. Even with this being a very busy weekend. They were amazing with great southern hospitality. I’ll will stay there again very soon.

Staff needs to deep clean ALL rooms and the hallway smells moldy. The shower curtain in the shower is horrible. The rooms aren’t vacuum, the headboards were dusty.

The room had no microwave. The TV WAS OLD AND OUT DATED. THE HEATER DID NOT WORK HAD TO CALL SERVICES AND I HATE When people HAVE TO COME IN MY ROOM. THE WHOLE HOTEL MNEEDS TO BE PAINTED AND UPDATED. THE VALET SERVICE AS WE CHECKOUT SHUTTER GUEST TO GET THEIR CAR SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO RIDE THE SHUTTER BUS TO GET OUR VEHICLE AND I HAD TO SIT IN THE LOBBY WITH OUT PROPERTY UNTIL HE MADE IT BACK THEY OFFER NO DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVIENCE I WOLL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Very safe and clean. Hotel is on the corner of Bourbon and Canal, so common sense should "tell you" its a litte noisey at night until around 3 or 4 on the weekend. Ask staff to move u to a quieter side of the hotel, if available

The room was 75 degrees, took until early morning to cool down, loud music and partying in front of motel until a shooting at 2:30am! Police sirens all night!
