Great location! Cute courtyard/pool area. Had an issue with the room door not closing but it was fixed promptly. Great free breakfast and secure parking. Walking distance to almost everything French Quarter. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was difficult because of the small stalls with pillars in each one. Also wheelchair access was poor. Hallway smelled of urine.

Conveniently located at the border of the French Quarter and Louis Armstrong Park on the trolley/bus line. Not much else directly around the hotel but lots within walking distance. Hot breakfast was pre-made usual fare but always replenished and attentive staff. It was wonderful to have the coffee bar available all day as well as hot/cold water and ice. Pool was good with chairs available. I really liked the courtyard sitting but it was unfortunate that the fountain was not filled. Staff were helpful and the front desk staff - she was friendly! Room was well equipped, fridge, charging ports, separate toilet from sink. Bed was comfy. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend.

We booked last minute because previous hotel (Wyndham) gave us a room knowing water had to be turned off. This place accommodate parking at 1/2 the going price of other hotels. The pool with water and courtyard was quiet, relaxing. The also gave full complimentary breakfast. All staff respectful from front desk , parking staff and the room cleaners.

The property it self was very clean, cleaned by staff often. No issues in common areas. The only thing I would mention is on the second night of our stay, while in the pool I looked up and did notice two rats on the second floor (not necessarily in their control) but when I got back to the room, I did notice a hole in the panel next to the door that looked like it was how the rats may enter into the room (I wouldn’t recommend having food in the room and if you do either throw the trash away in the lobby of hotel or put in the fridge until you leave out for the day). There are no microwaves in the room which could be due to them trying to keep the rodents out. Staff was friendly and offered ideas of things to do in the area. Breakfast was also nice and the area was clean. Each day they served different items. Doing different attractions in the area such as the swamp tour, the pick up from the hotel and some you meet at near by bars for pick up. Overall, a good experience.

Beautiful courtyard and pool. Room floors were dirty and there was mold on the shower walls. Found popcorn, crumbs, and hair in the corners of the room. Very loud early in the morning bc tile floors were being cut for the parking garage.

My room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Continental breakfast every morning and each morning was something different in their hot meals. Employees at the front desk were great in helping to book tours for us.

The hotel really had the New Orleans charm, close to all sights in French Quarter, market and riverwalk. The continental breakfast was top notch and the staff was super friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
