Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean except the arm rests on the lounge chair it looked dirty and kind of gross. I had to leave early in the morning around 5 AM and it would have been nice if the breakfast area had been open so I could have grabbed something for the airport rather than pay airport prices for a coffee and food.

A terrible experiencia with the staff. At 11am sharp the mais entered the room withiut knocking. We said we were leaving. At 11:08, a man entered withiut knocking. We were in our way out. He screamed that checkout was at 11. A verbal alteración ensued and he thresteened to call the police. As we were in our way out,he escorted us to the front doir of the hotel. A very nasty individual who said he was the manager

Once found the hotel was very nice and very comfortable with everthing we could need for a good nights sleep. The hot items for breakfast could have been warmer but was sufficient as far as volume.
