Beautiful home
I booked this to celebrate my 50th birthday with my closest girlfriends. There was enough room for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the coffee maker and the beds and linens were super comfortable. Some of the showers and bathroom sinks didn't drain that well but the shower pressure was nice and there was plenty of hot water to go around. The neighborhood is in the midst of gentrification. Go 2 blocks in any direction and you're in a different neighborhood. It's about a 3 block walk to the St. Charles trolley and St. Charles St. which had lots of amenities. There's a corner store within a block as well as a microbrewery and Colombian Creole restaurant. The pool/spa heater didn't work while we were there so the pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub was cold. The outdoor seating is a bit uncomfortable, but nothing that couldn't be solved with some seat cushions. The kitchen needs some additions such as hand towels, more silverware and clean sponges. The refrigerator has a sparkling water fountain which was great. Some of the bedrooms lack a closet; it would be nice if some portable closets were installed in these rooms. Also at least one of the bedrooms has no venting so it gets hot, the owners need to invest in some portable fans to cool down these rooms. The front porch is lovely but has no furniture; it's a missed opportunity for outdoor living space. We loved the decor and the indoor furniture is super comfortable. All in all this was a nice place and I'd stay here again.

New Orleans Uptown Home
This property is beautiful. It is centrally located, minutes from downtown and a stone’s throw away from Tulane and Villanova. New Orleans is one hot place and having the ability to go into the pool after walking around was the best feature of the home! I highly recommend it.

Great Stay for our Wedding Party
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, just a block from the St. Charles streetcar. Beautifully decorated, we enjoyed this space and had room for our whole family. Our only issue was not having enough pots and pans when we wanted to cook breakfast. Otherwise, we would stay again in a heartbeat. The beds were extra comfy and the pool waa enjoyed by everyone!

Great location, beautifully decorated house
We stayed here for a girls weekend and the house was perfect! The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants, close to the trolley line. The owners have obviously taken a lot of time and consideration in picking out the decor, which was unique and lovely. Beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for a group. Each bathroom had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch! We had an issue with the dishwasher and the owners were very responsive. The pool and spa were really nice. We loved our time exploring New Orleans, but our best night was relaxing in the pool with some wine! Highly recommend this property.

Great House for Quick Getaway
We stayed in this wonderful home for 4 days and it was pretty perfect. We were 3 couples and 1 single and the house was the right fit. We all had our own bathrooms and the rooms are nice and spacious. The house has a very eclectic vibe-I loved the old refinished floors! We had a few hiccups that we reported right away. The TV remote in the front room was missing but later found down a cushion. The door on the downstairs bedroom by the bathroom doesn't close and could use some oil. Haunted hinges! This is not a big thing-unless you are funny about a closed door. I realize most people don't cook on trips, but I do. Just a word of warning. The kitchen is adequate but if you are going to cook-you need to buy everything-from salt to olive oil. The fridge is a nice size but buy your own ice. The neighborhood is fine-it's not a pretty tree lined street, but we never felt unsafe. Close to the tram, too. We used the pool at night to cool off and really enjoyed it. The spa is not jetted but that wasn't an issue for us. Great house, great time.

Overview
Overall, the experience was good, and I would do it over again. The host was helpful when I had left some cash behind. Minor gripes include, poor wifi, subpar lighting in the master bedroom/bathroom, limited electrical outlets throughout, average central cooling to be generous (was record hot that weekend), and unnecessary in-front sidewalk trees should be eliminated irrespective if it is city property because the sidewalk is narrow and hard to navigate before needed to transport luggage. Everything else seems to check the boxes and my stay was enjoyable.

Perfect stay for a mixed group
The pictures don't do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful! It had plenty of space for a decently large group, the kitchen was large and well equipped. The location was close to public transit, local food and bars, and a small concert venue. Parking was easy, the pool was incredible, the beds were comfy. The entire group really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay here again!
