Service was ok until I saw Dawn put my credit card on her mouth and then in her hair. She is either new because the check in time took awhile. I could not get a printed receipt because I went through Expedia. When ask to switch rooms because I was near an exit, it was a dry no. I left clothes in closet and when I returned, the afternoon clerk was rude. This was after I had checked out of hotel. I didn’t get his name-he was Asian. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Was given a room at check in that was not ready, it looked like there was a party in the room the night before.... they changed me to a different room that was clean. For some reason the 2 nights we stayed ended up being 2 separate bookings which made us check out and check back in - they tried to make us put a second deposit which wasnt going to happen. I told the clerk i would go to another hotel if they made me pay a second deposit. She waived the deposit and finished my check in. Ive stay at this hotel many times and never had these problems before. Im guessing its all about who is working at the time of stay. This is the reason i didnt give 5 stars across the board

As a sensitive person, the ac clicking on and off through the night was a sleep problem. I had 2 rooms and one of them did not have this problem. The hotel was cool enough for me to sleep comfortably without ac on for my last night. Alllll the staff were amazing. I enjoyed having grits eggs and other options for breakfast and the cook Shyne was super helpful and entertaining and good energy. The free parking was strait forward and appreciated. Room service must be requested if your stay is at least 3 days. The internet in my second room was not great and it had a bit of that wet smell. The first room didn’t. This wouldn’t be my first choice but I would stay again for the price if needed.

Cold rooms mid breakfast
The room was nice and clean. Whenever we asked for extras like towels or blankets, the hotel staff was very quick and accommodating. My only issue is the placement of the ac unit directly next to the bed. There was constantly cold air blowing in my face as i was sleeping. It was very annoying and woke me up throughout the night. That is honestly the only issue i had. Of the breakfast was not all that great either. The hotel is connected to a senior living apartment so it is very quiet and homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
