Front desk is super nice and super accommodating. Staff in general is polite and welcoming. Parking garage is safe and convenient. It’s a very safe hotel to stay and you can walk to all the tourist area. Definitely recommend.

I loved the fact that the pool was on a higher floor. The pool, gym, and hot tub as well as washer and dryer were right outside our rooms on the 6th floor.

Wonderful place to stay! My family and I stayed here for 1 night before heading out on a cruise. The hotel was beautiful, clean and had easy parking. The free kickback food that was offered was pretty good. Adults were also offered 2 drink tickets. Breakfast the next morning was decent too. We would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint was not being able to enjoy hot tub because guests with children were not considerate. The hotel could use a little updating. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel
The staff could not have been more accommodating. The parking was convenient. The area is safe and near many good restaurants. They provide a free breakfast and happy hour. I plan to stay there every time I go to New Orleans.

Motorhome Respite
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Plaza .Its location afforded us the opportunity to walk the streets of NO and access the Creole Queen Riverboat for a fun Christmas eve cruise. The very helpful and courteous staff directed us in parking our motorhome in a convenient accessible spot in the lot and we found the included meals quite good. We will return.

Everything was good, our dog liked the green grass spot in the middle of a concrete jungle. Parking was smoothest I've ever experienced in NO. Short walk to the Dome.
