We used to love this property, they have really let it go down. Our TV did not work, although the desk clerk did his best to troubleshoot. We were not offered ant concession or even the ability to switch rooms. Unfortunately it was an experience we don’t care to repeat. Will have to find a new favorite.

Was the amazed that when I requested a toilet to be unplugged, I was handed a plunger to take care of myself. Is that standard for a Hampton Inn?

I really liked that they had breakfast each morning. I did miss that they did not serve pancakes. It was very easy to walk to Touro Hospital, which was a block away. The really only complaint was that the TV was live stream and continued to freeze up like every 30 to 60 minutes.

Nice hotel in St Charles St
Nice Hotel in St Charles street. Clean,comfortable beds, nice AC. Close to restaurants and bars. Easy to take an Uber to bourbon st and touristy places. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for The Eras Tour in NOLA and it was absolutely fantastic! All the staff was polite and the place was very clean. The only complaint is $20 a night parking. If you’re paying for a room you should be able to park for free. I was never made aware of the parking fees. Other than that, I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

Location is great if wanting to do activities uptown and downtown. It’s right on St. Charles across the street from a trolley car stop. The front desk staff could use a refresher in hospitality. The rooms are fine (bed was very comfortable); the bathroom is very basic. Again….location.

The garden district is much quieter and safe than the quarter area and the trolly picks you up right out front. Very convenient and clean. The staff was great and the property was clean and appealing.

First time staying here. We arrived late but were greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. The room was ready and everything you may have forgotten was available for you. It is nestled in a beautiful setting blending in with the area.
