Some room for improvement

The front desk receptionists are fantastic. They are the best part of the hotel. They hotel lobby smells wonderful and is very welcoming. The room was fantastic at first, until it was time to sleep. Unfortunately the beds arent the most comfortable and we could hear everyones room doors slamming all night long.

they have a relationshipbwith the health club down the street, it has pickleball courts, basketball, pools, hot tubs, exercise equipment, locker room, sauna steam room, its wonderful!

The lady at the front desk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in, she was on the phone. Bad customer service. The following morning at breakfast, i was uncomfortable eating, the call in the food area was very upset and threw something in the floor around guess.

We only stayed here for a brief period of time before our flight out at 7 am the next morning. But it was super clean, appears to be a fairly new property, and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant to deal with. We did not experience the breakfast, as we had to leave too early for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

So pretty and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Clean and neat room, amazing breakfast option and a coffee bar 24/7! The only bad things was the super cheap and thin bath towels.
