The rooms are tiny. This was the smallest room I have ever seen at a Hilton hotel, But I guess that should be expected when you’re staying in 100-year-old building. They said this size room could sleep four people, and it probably could but would be very very uncomfortable. luckily it was only me staying there.

The Hilton St. Charles is a great property that is central to everything! Quick walks to Bourbon St., French Quarter, French Market, shopping, and restaurants. Check is was super fast and easy. Staff were very friendly, the property is very clean, and safe. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when I’m in NOLA.

It wasn’t a bad stay at all! I just wish we would’ve researched the area a bit better. It was a bit far from more of the historical parts of NOLA. It was a 10-15 minute walk in any direction to the places we wanted to go. Other than that it was great.

For the price I paid, it was not worth it. This hotel is old and it shows! It was not very clean. There were hairs everywhere! The front desk lady didn’t even offer my rewards bag, therefore I had to go back up there to get it. My friends stayed at other hotels that were better and less expensive.

I liked Luke's restaurant very much. I liked everyone I met . They were all very pleasant and helpful. For the price, all extras were stripped or non existent. It would have been nice to have had magazines with local information in the room. A bible would have been nice.A USA Today or any newspaper would have been nice. Many cheaper hotels offer more perks.

The staff were exceptional especially the front desk attendant Ashley Powers. She went above and beyond to accommodate and make our trip a memorable one. She helped us book daily tours, suggested places to eat and even called our room later in the day to see how we made out on the tour. All the staff were very pleasant but Ashley certainly stood out above the rest. The hotel location was great we were close within walking distance to pretty much anything. Also the area wasn’t too loud for being New Orleans. The only big suggestion I would like to make is to invest in better pillows. Feather pillows are not for everyone. But over all a great place to stay with remarkable staff 😀
