Check-in was terrible but that was due to a Taylor swift concert and super busy so not staff fault. Big shout out to dabdriella for assistance. Lifts were slow and so was WiFi. Breakfast was excellent and another big shout out to Tia and Brie who assisted us. Rooms big and bed so comfy. Tram to french market and bus stop near hotel. 0 min walk to bourbon st, Superdome canal street. Swimming pool nice for a dip but not lengths. Would stay again if in new Orleans.

The WiFi wasn’t accessible, and you can only reach the front desk by walking down to the lobby. The balconies are also inaccessible. They have a lock on balcony door, so the rooms can be stuffy if you enjoy having fresh air.

Glad we stayed here! Very clean, everyone was nice. Our room was very nice, bed was so comfortable. The only thing I was not happy with was check in. Check in was at 4, however we didn’t get in our room until 430ish and they had a lot of people waiting around. Everyone seemed very annoyed.
