This property was nice and worth the cost, but the neighborhood is fairly unsafe -- we were here on Taylor Swift weekend, so I think we probably had a less scary stay here than it would have been on a different weekend with less guests. Easy and cheap uber to the french quarter and a fair amount of restaurants/coffee shops nearby. It also did not have the same amenities provided as there would be if you stayed at a bigger name hotel. There was no offer of housekeeping/turnover each day, there were no bags in the trash cans, and no plunger in the bathroom. We also got no check out instructions and had to leave at 4am so kind of just... left. I tried to call the next day and nobody answered. The vibes were a little eerie in the halls and the rooms but they were clean and nice. When requested, housekeeping was helpful in providing extra towels/blankets/etc.Overall I would give our stay 2.5/5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and we liked how each room had its own bathroom. The only issue we had was trying to find the correct building we were supposed to be in and there isn’t a full time front desk attendant to ask.

Staff was friendly, however, room was dirty, with dirty clothes left in the washer, the suit had no clean towels in the room, floor was dirty and unswept behind the couch. front desk had limited hours, neighbourhood is unsafe, and limited parking is available. Higher standards for cleanliness are needed, but if this property were run well, it could be a gem

I liked how modern it was. I didn’t realize how much appliances come in handy when you’re traveling. I also liked how close it was to a bus stop and downtown New Orleans. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I also felt completely safe in the hotel which is important to me as a solo female traveler.

Everything about the place was just great. We had a two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a full sized kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is a one minute walk from the bus stop and the public transport is excellent. We downloaded the Le Pass app and bought a weekly ticket for $15 each - that lets you ride as many buses, streetcars or ferries as you want and the app gives you all the info you need to get around. One of the best things about Holy Angels (and there’s lots) is the pool and hot tub….just bliss. To top it all was the staff who were always so friendly and helpful….thank you Brittany and Scotty, we had a brilliant holiday.

Top notch !!!
I couldn’t imagine ever staying anywhere else in NOLA after staying here . It’s such a good deal , wonderful quiet , safe and charming neighborhood , friendly staff , gorgeous pool. We walked to and from the French quarter a few times which is a safe and lovely walk .

This is an excellent property. Very clean and maintain. The hotel manager, Scotty was very attentive to any needs I may have had. He was very professional with a beautiful smile that made you feel welcome at the hotel.

The prpoerty was found clean and i was greeted by a friendly staff that made my stay modt enjoyable.the location was a little futher out than i would have like for it to have been. For the price it was unbeatable.

We received a gate/door code from an employee via text at 6:39pm. Arrived at the hotel at 11pm. When we checked in there was a suitcase left in our room. I pushed it next to the main door inside of our room and was going to give it to an employee in the morning. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. We put our stuff in the room and then we took an Uber to Downtown New Orleans. At 12:53 we got a text that said The new code for that door is 117644# I accidentally changed the wrong guest room pin. Extremely weird and when I arrived back to the room at 3am the door was propped open. The suitcase that did not belong to us and my father in laws prescriptions were gone. Which made us all feel unsafe here. The next morning we spoke with Brittany at the front desk and she was wonderful. She listened to what happened and took a written statement/complaint of the events.
