The staff was extremely nice and our check in process was fast. The location was wonderful it was on the edge of the French Quater which means that it was still walkable but was much quieter than hotels in the center of the French Quater.

No room service and no cleaning of the room if you were not on there time. Overall, nice people and good location and also feel like room service and other commodities could have made it a more pleasant stay for me. It is a great hotel and location with lovely people overall.

My two-night stay was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the $50 additional per night fee for incidentals. I think this is a nonsense fee. If you want to charge an additional $50 fee per night, just quote the higher price in your room rate. This is a sneaky way to get more money out of your guest. know a lot of hotels do this, but that doesn't make it right.

So, be aware, a balcony room is significantly more and will only give you a view of the pool. Be sure to pay $150 more if you want bourbon street. The rooms are large but there was urine on the bathroom floor when we arrived, it was clearly never cleaned. There were what appeared to be boogers on the shower stall and someone else’s hair wiped on the shower wall. Ultimately for the lack of housekeeping, it’s pretty overpriced. There is also no consideration for early check in, despite it being accommodated at every other hotel in the area. There are better options out there.

The property is close to Bourbon Street, but far enough away that you didn't hear it all night. Walkable to most area restaurants. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and delightful to work with. Would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
