We frequently visit New Orleans and alway stay at the Intercontinental. The staff is great, the valet parking is convenient, the rooms are very clean, and restaurants are within walking distance or a short Uber ride away.

First of all I’ve stayed here before and the GM John has a fantastic staff from front desk to housekeeping and the manager on duty that night was super. You could not ask for a better management and staff at a hotel

There was nothing unique about this property, I would have given a better review if it had a refridge and microwave for the guest staying for the cost of room. Instead the refrigerator was there stocked with items for sale. No where to store water to be cold when needed. No microwave to heat food if you came back with leftovers for later, be it from outside restaurant or even the hotel’s restaurant

I visited for the Bronner Bros hair show . My flight came in around 10:00am; I headed straight to the hotel and they allowed me to check in early. My room was clean but it had a bit of a musty smell. Overall is was a good experience
