The room smelled like smoke or old cigarettes as well as the hallways. When checking in one of the clerks told her to put me in cheap room and I don’t understand when I booked way in advance and paid in full. Had to pay a resort fee and didn’t even use any of the amenities which is baffling.

If you book on hotels.com and your flight is cancelled due to weather, they will not refund you for the nights missed even though it was out of your control. Hotels.com will tell you there is nothing more they can do.

We were impressed that the decor and the cleanliness advertised were true as opposed to when the picture online and the faculty don't match. The only changes we would recommend is breakfast should be free considering the price of the rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Main thing i didnt like beind told my room wasnt ready when i prepaid for the room 2 to 3 weeks in advance. The older white drint desk guy was kind of rude and impatientbit seemed. The 175 fee per day at hotel is crazy but it is what it is
