Booked our room 8 months in advance, when we went to check in the hotel overbooked the rooms. We had a double bed and were offered a kimg bed with a roll away bed. We took the offer since it was late and were tired. We checked on the roll away bed several times for when it was being delivered. Finally almost midnight they informed us they were out of roll away beds.

Room was not ready at 6pm, so they gave us dinner vouchers. They said they would text when the room was ready, at 9:30pm we returned to the hotel and the staff told us they had oversold the rooms so there were no rooms available with 2 Queen beds. Only available room was a King and they would send up a roll out bed. At 11pm they still had not delivered the roll out and when we asked they said they have none left. 3 off us had to share a king bed. Where promised the room we booked the next day and did get it but it was not clean. We had booked 2 rooms and the story was the same for both. This happened to several guests, there were a lot of unhappy people.

Even though we had room reservations from 6 months prior, our room was given away as weekend was a busy one for hotels in New Orleans. One of us had to sleep on floor, no extra blankets provided, we had to beg for them. Room outdated
