I felt the communication beforehand should have explained parking. I specifically booked this hotel based on Valet parking. To get there and be told not park a block or so away. I was also under the impression when I booked that parking was complimentary and that’s what I was told when I asked the Valet attendant. To be charged $60 per day. I am a Disabled Veteran and that was a big reason I booked here. Breakfast Buffett was very underwhelming for $28 a person. Rock hard potatoes, watery eggs, and to sit and wait forever due to staffing issues. Mardi Gras comes every year and I would think they would be prepared better. Even the snack area sold out. Wasn’t able to get an extra blanket at 10pm. For the amount of money spent, just underwhelming. But the staff was super friendly!

Great hotel overall especially if going on a cruise. Literally a walk across the street and you are at the cruise terminal. Hotel is a bit worn but has character and charm. We would stay here again.

There is a bad smell in the rooms. "Smell of dampness or stagnant dirty water.". There are a couple of minor corrections needed for clarity and grammar. Here’s a revised version: The noise easily disturbs the guests in the adjacent room, so it was a pain to be next to a group of very loud women having a lot of fun.

First, they said we will have two queen beds and they didn’t have nothing but full then the bed was hard no blanket on the bed no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was very small

I've stayed in this hotel about 5 times. before. Always come back because it’s a great hotel. My most recent stay was the best by far. We had an executive room. I’m spoiled now and can’t go back to a regular room.
