I was able reserve a room right away. The complaint I have is bathroom was very cold, unable to adjust the temperature. Overall I had a peaceful rest.

Choose this hotel due to impacts received from hurricane francine as a last minute decision and limited hotels available. The website pictures are obviously AI generated. Property is very outdated including rooms, common areas, elevators and outdoor pool area. Our towels and bedding smelled stale, like a mixture of fried food and cigarettes. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority for this hotel, remote was sticky, walls had hand/finger prints, the ceiling had a big crack which looked to be from a previous leak and our hair dryer was dirty. Our microwave and refrigerator also didn’t work. We tried to unplug and change outlets with no success. Overall the staff was friendly and efficient, but given the option I would absolutely NOT stay here again.

Hotel has musty smell, rooms very outdated. Privacy non existent. Paper thin walls. Woken at 1.15am 2.20am 4.18am due people up and down the hallway and constant arguments. This is not an airport hotel.
