The valet parking was not organized. We were not there for the CONCERT and felt the facility should have had a better plan in place for getting cars in and out. Our room was nice, the closet was terrible and we asked twice for our refrigerator. Electric outlets were needed.

Breakfast was great. When i booked the room I was supposed to have a king bed but they gave me two queen beds because they said they were out of king beds, other than that the room was great and comfortable.

definitely recommend this hotel!
Can’t say enough good about this hotel. Our planes was changed at the last minute so we got there at Sheraton at 7:00 AM they let us check in with no charge. We were so happy because we didn’t know what we were going to do till check in. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Definitely will be back!!! Thank you Sherton!!!

The room had peeling paint. We needed to let the shower run for several minutes because dirt was coming out of the shower. The air conditioner leaked and made a puddle on the carpet. The bright side was the stuff was super helpful, friendly and courteous. And the hotel is located in a great location!

The hotel is near the French quarters making it easy to go out and explore which was lovely. The room did not have a fridge or microwave so we had no means of saving our food or keeping our drinks cold. Stains on the carpets and walls of the floor we were on. Also- the shower made a horrible loud noise that could be heard throughout the entire floor.

Great experience!
We stayed at Sheraton New Orleans during the Eras Tour. The hotel went above and beyond to outfit the property with Taylor Swift bracelet making stations, decor, themed drinks, Eras Tour music and photo opt station. It was a great experience. The room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I would suggest more trash cans for concert weekends for the guest rooms. Overall I would stay again. Note that if you are booking a traditional room you will not have a mini fridge in the room but you may request one if they are available. Ice dispensers are located on all floors with the exception of one which I believe is level 47 or 49.

The Sheraton is in a great location within walking distance to the French quarter and casino. They did an absolutely fantastic job with at the Swifties in town for the concert. Phenomenal service! Thanks for the friendship bracelet station and photo op!
