I really appreciated the Great Hospitality of the staff. They was so nice and welcoming. Kiara at the front desk was almost like family before I left. Very sweet person. They all greeted me coming and going. My tub was stopped up and they sent maintenence right on up to fix it. He even was nice. I will definitely be staying there for now own. Best Hotel stay ever..

We went to New Orleans for a Pelicans game. The hotel was super close and convenient. I like that you have to use your key card to get through the doors; I felt safe. I like that there is a parking garage right next door. It was nice to just park and leave my car there while roaming around New Orleans. They had a refrigerator and stove. Which would be great if I was staying for a week. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the room. It seemed old with stains but overall it was a great place to stay.

Very basic place to sleep

The staff wasn't very friendly. A couple were but most weren't. They didn't clean my room as requested but tried to fix the problem, so that was good. The hallways weren't vacuumed or cleaned for at least two days. The same large pieces of debris was still there. Two of my luggage covers were thrown away but the cleaning staff. You can tell that they weren't to be thrown away. The breakfast can and needs to be improved. The sausage were horrible and the waffle machine didn't work so they had frozen ego type waffles sitting out to be put into the toaster. The ice maker didn't work. Not one piece in five days.

We had the two bedroom and couldn’t believe how huge the space was! Wish we were there for a longer stay but will definitely book when we’re down for our next cruise!

Only part I didn't like was the charge for parking. It should be included in the booking. Also when my keys were returned my keychain was missing from my keys which was very sentimental for me because it was given to me by someone who is no longer with me. When I asked the staff they were saying it was given to us like that. This part should be approved immediately because everyone will not be nice about missing items.
