We were there for Taylor Swift. Despite the volume of people in town and in and out of the hotel all was great. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good.

Check in time was supposed to be 4 pm. We arrived early at 2:30. Was told there were no early check ins available and that they would put our name on the list and call us when our room was ready. We waited in the lobby for HOURS along with many other people. By 5 pm, we had to go change and get ready for our concert in the car. Had to take all of our luggage back up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator didn’t work. I didn’t get a call for our room being ready until 6:15. No apology offered. I get it was a busy weekend but they should have been prepared! The room and hallways smelled like smoke. Dirty carpet stains throughout the room. Do not recommend.

Worst hotel experience ever
We arrived at 3:30PM hoping to check in early. The lobby was full of atleast 200 people all trying to check in to there room. We patiently waited until 6PM still not able to check into our room several guest who arrived later than we did were allowed to check in there rooms before we did. My fiancé had to get ready in the lobby and dressed in the bathroom in the lobby for the Taylor swift concert. I booked this room months in advance I’ve never been to a hotel and been told you have to wait to check into your room. We had to leave our luggage in the storage room. When we returned from the concern it was just sitting the in lobby floor unattended. This whole ordeal was completely mismanaged one would expect spending $365 for one night you atleast be able to check in when you’re supposed to.

We stayed for a Taylor Swift concert and anticipated a busy atmosphere, but it seemed the staff wasn't fully prepared. The valet team was quite unfriendly, although the manager was very pleasant and professional. The daytime front desk staff was excellent, but the night staff was lacking; one employee was on her cell phone while trying to assist a line of customers. Overall, the staff members were not very welcoming. We requested pillows for our sofa bed but never received them. The TV was broken, and while maintenance came to check it, he said he would return. When we went downstairs to inquire about his return before dinner, we were informed that he had left for the night.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property. I had never heard of it before even though I have gone to New Orleans on numerous occasions. My sister felt this hotel and we just loved it. Not many hotels have two bedroom suites so this was most convenient for us. I will be returning. I noticed you all are already booked up for next year and October 2025.

The upkeep of the hotel wasn’t the best. The outlets didn’t work. The tub stopper was broke so the water kept filling up. Housekeeping never came to change out our towels and when I inquired, I was told I had to request it.

Absolutely horrendous service with this property. To be fully transparent we didn't even get to stay here. I reviewed service as 1 star and had to surmise that the rest of fhe property was probably equally poor. About a week before the trip I had a fraudulent charge on the credit card I used to reserve this room and I had to replace said credit card and the number changed. I received my new credit card approximately two days before my stay was to begin and I got a email the day before from Hotels.com stating that there was an issue with my credit card and I had 24 hours to resolve it and needed to call the property When I called the property, they told me that they canceled my reservation completely and could not reserve another room for me and this was one day before our flight was to depart. I had to spend about two hours or so at work that day rebooking another hotel at a higher price and Hotels.com and the property were absolutely no help. On this ground, I cannot recommend the hotel or hotels.com in the future
