This is the perfect New Orleans hotel! Close to Magazine Shopping, easy access to the French Quarter and Uptown! In one of the safest areas close enough to the excitement but far enough away I felt very comfortable with just me and my young teen. The room was clean and had modern amenities thoughtfully mixed in with the authentic New Orleans decor. Thank you for having the 2023 Jazz Fest print in the lobby, and the community coffee in the room. (I got my Michaelopolis and chichory fix. Best of all was the Southern Hospitality from the Manager to the Housekeeping staff and the clerks. Y'all are the BEST and I am so looking forward to my next visit!

It’s an older hotel which provides parking and has a nice restaurant ( Mexican) adjacent. The breakfast is basic ( continental) served in the lobby. They don’t bother to replenish the coffee pots when they are empty and there’s really no nearby coffee place where you could run to get a cup of coffee. The toilet in our room was not flushing properly, so we had tu run downstairs to use the one in the lobby. Terrible. The maid was nice though, gave us water and extra toiletries . Honestly I’ve picked this hotel just because we wanted to be closer to Tipitina’s where we went for a show, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are a very good size. The only issue is that the smoke detectors have a flashing light that flashes every few minutes all night long. Other than that, a great stay.

Quaint but a little disappointing.
This hotel was immaculate and quaint and right on the trolley line. We really appreciated having a locked private parking area. However, the breakfast was on par with Motel 6. The Mexican restaurant in the building was excellent for dinner.
