The property was clean when you entered the bldg. elevator was fine... but once you hit the floors you could smell it was old! Then you go into the rooms and there were broken items, leaky sinks, dirty towels covering the leaky sinks below the sinks. the toilet was rocking.. it was not stable... the bedding was dingy and almost yellow.. not white as it should be.. limited towels... limited storage for your clothes.. just not good!!

We came to this hotel for our ten year wedding anniversary. We were upgraded without asking to suite, which we were very grateful for. The room was clean, but after my personal disinfection process, I noticed that the toilets weren't the cleanest. On the second night I noticed some stains on the sheets and the pillowcase. Overall, the hotel was clean. The water in the shower could have been hotter, but it was fine. For them to have abig garage, I wish they would allow self parking so we could've avoided the $49 parking charge overnight. The hotel overall was good. It was a little weird for it to be so big with so little customers, but maybe it was just the week that we arrived. I would recommend this hotel to someone else if they were looking for some place generally clean and in a good area.

This was one of the best, affordable hotels we've ever stayed at. We were in town to see the orchestra at Saeger Theater and it was super convenient to walk to. There's so much to do right around the hotel, lots of good places to eat, shopping, things to see nearby. The hotel itself is a gem. It's pretty, and we stayed in a suite that had a full size washer and dryer in it, and it was huge. There was a kitchenette with a stove and a dishwasher and a microwave as well as a fridge, all small of course, but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, we didn't hear any noisy patrons or any noise at all, and it's very modern and newly renovated it seems. The staff was super friendly, shout out to the woman at the front desk this morning for giving us great advice where to go get coffee. I love new orleans, everyone's just so friendly. 10 out of 10 would stay there again and I rarely say that about any hotel because most are adequate but forgettable. This place was memorable. Not to mention, it didn't even break the bank!

I was placed on the second floor where there is convenient trash chutes /laundry room/ gym/ ice machine/ soda machine. I checked in on a Wednesday night and the bar was closed until Friday night and open through the weekend. Staff was pleasant and brief.

This is a beautiful property inside. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It had a newer washer and dryer and the location was great for walking to the sports venues and the French Quarter. However, the water pressure was very low, I stayed on the 7th floor, and I was only given enough towels for one person. Even after maid service, there was still only enough towels for one person. Also, there was an ironing board but no clothes iron. The most annoying amenity (?) in my suite was the square toilet, which was not, and I repeat,NOT, bottom friendly. Overall, I liked my stay here but next time I would look for a different hotel first.

Rooms exceeded our expectations, very big and clean. Bathroom very big with a wonerful shower! The roof t pool area was huge, however, water was cold, would be nice if heated. Getting to pool was quite the experience a lot of doors and halls. I would recommend this hotel on Canal street , 10 minute walk to Boubon Street or 11 minutes to hop on bus.
