Everything about this hotel was a 10 for me… the parking seemed to be an issue but I didn’t have a rental so that didn’t affect me… every time I come to New Orleans this is goin to be my go to hotel. I LOVED IT

It was my first time in the city and everything was amazing. The hotel was in walking distance of so many food options and entertainment. Very easy to get picked up from and dropped off with Uber or Lyft and very nice room and spacious. The rooftop pool was a great ending to my vacation and amazing views. This may be my go to place of stay when I’m in town.

This property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed. There was plenty of natural lighting. Close dining. Bathroom was excellent. The rooms were clean. Seriously loved the walk-in shower. Things i was disappointed in. The front entrance is closed. Walking from the trolley to the side entrance in the rain is a long walk. Hubs was looking forward to robes and slippers but there werent any. Tiles around pool rocked when walked upon and felt loose. The pool was cold which felt weird since it was rooftop. The pool area is beautiful and there is lots of seating. And the rooftop bar has been closed since covid apparently. Mild annoyance --The bathroom sink was so sluggish and poor water pressure on the one sink. It just seemed like it was a thing to put up with until i used the other sink and that one worked fine. So that was on me for not saying something sooner. Kleenex was nice and soft and so was the toilet paper. Tip for future travelers- the fridge only works well if you leave open the cabinet door its in. If you close it, everything is lukewarm. Open it and it cools things off. The top shelf was bent and crammed in so we had to put tall bottles in sideways and open the door carefully. Worked but cut down space to a single wine bottle and water bottle, which was a bummer. However, ice bucket keeps things cold for hours. Definitely would return.

The hotel was nice. The hotel was clean. The room was very spacious. The check in and check out process was very easy. The location was just right. Not on Bourbon St but close enough. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooftop pool is beautiful but in the blazing sun it's probably not recommended you hang out there for very long. There was no microwave in our room, so that was a disappointment. The beds were comfortable, the decor pretty, and the bathroom was roomy. However, the bathroom design is kind of backwards. The toilet should be in the front and the shower in the back so that someone can shower without exposing themselves to a person trying to use the toilet.

This property was close to canal and bourbon st. It was very walkable and made for easy exploring. The interior was very nicely decorated and I like the fact that you need a key card in order to access the elevator, made my stay 10x safer, knowing that no one could just walk in the building. When in New Orleans I will definitely keep this place in mind

I love the Jung. It's such a beautiful hotel in the downtown area for such a great price. The front desk staff were so sweet and friendly. I needed to borrow some scissors and tape and the nice lady at the front desk was kind enough to get me all the supplies I needed.
