This property was conveniently located. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and very well laid out. The bathroom was great - good shower, very ample vanity area and good lighting!! Breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

First time staying at the Berlin Grande. It is a beautiful hotel and the property is gorgeous. Convenient to walk to downtown Berlin. While the room was huge, it’s not very sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and the people above us allowed their kids to jump and stomp all over their room. It made me never want to stay there again unless we have a top floor, which is the 4th. I didn’t like how your room was pre-assigned before so they wouldn’t change it. It’s not the staff’s fault of the people above us; the new addition part we stayed in wasn’t built sound.

Great place to stay!
This was an overnight stay for my wife &i. We came down for the John Denver Tribute show at the Amish Country Theater. The rooms here are large. The hotel and staff are better than expected. There are a lot of attractions in this area.

Our stay started out all wrong, Gail was very unfriendly, unhappy with her job and telling us how she was quiting this was when we were trying to check in. There was an issue with our reservation and she was insistant we couldn't have our room until we paid, even though in the end, her amount was very wrong and to her favor. Had another interaction the next day and she was just as unfriendly. No Welcome to the Grande, nothing. just name, name, etc.
