Worst Experience Ever
I booked this property for two nights because I was in my hometown for my 20 year high school class reunion. Several couples were all set to stay.
Our first issue was finding the property. Where the map leads you is not where you go, so that was frustrating. A neighbor down the road tried to help us and when we explained where we were going he referred to it as the old abandoned B & B. Little did we know, when we finally found it, it appeared to still be abandoned. It is old, not maintained, and quite literally looks abandoned from the outside. We maintained hope and went outside and were met with an old musty smell, outdated EVERYTHING, and the worst part is that it looks NOTHING like the photos.
I also had reached out to the property manager for the wifi and got no response
We tried to express our concerns to the property manager and she told us that a company handles issues and gave us the 800 number. How helpful!
We advised it didnt look like the photos, it smelled, and we were not happy and she never reached back out. EVER.
we didnt even stay. We grabbed our bags and left, we never even unpacked. I cant imagine how terrible the bedding was. We scrambled and paid much more to find someplace else to stay which was stressful.
This experience almost ruined our weekend and ended up costing us a lot more money.
They should be ashamed of themsevles.
